Got the seasame chicken family dinner. Came with soup and fried rice, got veggie egg rolls and crab rangoon. With a complimentary dreagnonfruit green tea. All was delicious.

This place just opened and I decided to give it a try. First experience was the shrimp fried rice with the smallest shrimp ever , along side frozen carrots and peas , diced up in some poorly cooked fried rice. I let that slide and went back for fried jumbo shrimp and fish . When I got home my fries , fish, and so called jumbo shrimp was soggy and depressing! So I said let me hit em where it hurts ! A honest review goes a very long way nowadays. It’s how you open your business and produce quality, exceptional and delicious food that have customers in awe of a great meal . As for myself, I will take my selections elsewhere for fresh , crispy fried seafood in the Houston area ! 1 out of 10

The food is good, Americanized Chinese but excellent quality. Good spice on the Mongolian beef. The Thai tea is good but would be better if they upsell sizes and ask if you want boba (there was no upsell and I didn’t know it was an option.) Overall fantastic quality Chinese, I’ll be coming here again.

My husband and I decided to come here to get our boba tea because of the high ratings and it didn’t disappoint. Inside had a clean, friendly, pleasant atmosphere. We ordered the mango milk tea with mango poppers and the honeydew milk tea with coconut jelly. Oh my goodness they were both so delightful! They were just right not too sweet or overly iced. We were very pleased and couldn’t get over how tasty it was. Thank you Sip Tea!

I really enjoyed my experience at Sip Tea Boba, this place is such a hidden gem and I hope more people will start coming here! Definitely one of the best places to get boba in the Missouri City/Sugar Land area.
The inside is very clean and modern, with elegant chandelier lights hanging from the ceiling, and plenty of seating and charger outlets for anyone who wants to study or hang out.
My favorite drink by far was the Purple Ube Brulee milk tea, which was just so tasty with a really strong, sweet ube flavor. The mango fruit tea and Karaage chicken were also very yummy! I’m glad I found this place and I’ll definitely be back.

This place replaced Kung Fu Tea, and I’m starting to think the location is cursed.
Their two drinks looked amazing, but it fails due to being overly sweet.
