Ok me and my boy love tacobell, driving by this place after a long drive for work, we stop by to get our soft taco supremes. Holly shit, it was more like a veggie wrap, very disappointing, should just gone to Wendy’s. Getting a supreme is more expensive too so like, why be cheap with the meat? Don’t waste your time at this place!!! Tacobell fix them!!!

No exaggeration, I waited about 45 minutes total in the drive thru line for a mobile order of 3 items last night (ONE person ahead of me btw) TB is my favorite fast food and I never bother leaving bad reviews, but that was absolutely ridiculous. Even though it’s the closest one to where I live, I’d rather take the extra few minutes and drive out to Branford. How can a location that just opened a few years ago be so terrible? I genuinely don’t understand. Corporate needs to look into this place, no one’s left a single nice review in a months.

Did an online order announced at the drive through what order I was there for. Pulled up got my drinks immediately then sat there for over 25 minutes at the drive through attendant ignored me then finally came to give me my order which was missing 2 items I ordered and paid for. I asked what the wait time was for and he had no answer. Never go there Taco Bell East Haven Frontage road.

Genuinely worst Taco Bell ever and worst fast food experience ever in my life. It’s so bad that I’m taking time out of my day to write this stupid review. The employees are so so rude and for some reason there’s always a super long wait. It’s not even busy and I’ll be waiting 20 minutes minimum. Awful awful service and employees. Also had a very similar experience as the review below mine with the drive through lady tonight. I pulled up to the drive through and all she said was “hi”, and then I waited for her to say more. Nothing was ever said and we sat in silence for about 30 seconds before I said, “I’m here for my mobile order”. When I get to the window, it feels like I’m the only one with manners.

I had a terrible experience. The person who gave us our order at the window had a big attitude. We said hi and thank you and she slammed the window on our faces with out saying it back. Our food terrible. I asked no tomatoes and they out double tomatoes. And they forgot the our cinnamon twist. Did not bother going back as this place sucks and always do everything wronggggg! Second time in a row they got my online order wrong, told corporate last time, I guess it fixed nothing. Now I write a review. I added over $5.00 of add ons to my chicken bow, got none. Even my soft taco supreme on the order was just the regular one. This place needs management that can train employees better. Not like the place was busy, but the employees were just hanging around.

How are you gonna say nothing at the speaker then have an attitude when I don’t talk and forget the cheese for my nacho fries ?? The employees at this location don’t just need to work on customer service skills, they need to learn basic social skills. I don’t expect to be treated like royalty but maybe at the bare minimum saying, “How can I help you?” when someone pulls up at the speaker would be a good way to initiate an interaction.

Waited in the drive thru for about 30 minutes. There were cars behind me so I couldn’t get out of the line. Finally three cars behind me. Also got frustrated in reversed so I was able to leave. I don’t understand how it could possibly take that long. Even if you only had one employee, you should close the drive-through or something and not make people wait that long there were also four or five cars in the parking lot picking up to go orders for delivery. I’m sure they waited just as long as I did absolutely ridiculous.

As other reviews mention, dont go here unless you have a minimum of 20 minutes to wait. Go to the nearby wendys instead. I type this as I am sitting in line. Watched about five or six orders go out to the dining room as I sat by the window for 20 min. Not sure what they’re doing, but this is not fast food. Location looks nice, but chronically understaffed and/or poorly managed.
