This is the banana they give me with my meal…. That I can eat 2-3 business days from now
Edited to add. Changed my rating to 5 stars. If the banana is the only problem I’ve had, they’re doing pretty good. I’ve since ordered there many times and it’s always great and early. The only other mishap was in my bowl someone drowned my chia pudding bowl with honey. It was gross until I ate off all the honey. Then it was fine. This place is overall really good and has a good quick staff.

Definitely not our first time to this location. Both my daughter and I were looking forward to the smoothies & her food. The person at the register was great, nice & helpful. The smoothies were both icey and lacked flavor. The peanut butter I ordered was not put in my drink and the lady just lied to my face when I asked. I should have known something was up when a woman who ordered from the drive through before us came inside to have her drinks remade. Chicken pesto flatbread was great- daughter ate the whole thing. I know restaurants have off days or workers that don’t have as high of standards as the rest of the crew. But overall, pretty bummed on the drinks. Other workers did great. If that same lady is at the smoothie station next trip we will probably just skip.

The drive thru lady was very friendly and professional. They were experiencing an issue with their card reader at the time. She explained everything she was doing, as far as, them having an issue and she was taking my card to another register. She made the process run smoothly.

I ordered through the Tropical Smoothie Cafe app and picked up my order at the drive-thru. I got the Hummus Veggie wrap and the Chocolate PB Protein smoothie.
Everything was fresh, prepared well, and ready on time. The wrap was flavorful and filling, and the smoothie tasted great with a good, thick consistency. Easy pickup and friendly staff.
Overall, a very good experience. I would definitely order from this location again.

I paid 9.71 for a watered down smoothie, now I get it, they met have been short staffed but why after I dated for apt 15 minutes my smoothie tasted like it had been made and was just sitting, it hardly had any flavor. I didn’t take it back, I just took the loss, because I was very upset and I didn’t want risk the wrong thing being said. But they really need to do better. A bunch of kids, no sign of management.

Food was hot and fresh but missing my hummus and avocado which is ridiculous because it’s called a hummus veggie wrap ! And I paid extra for extra ranch and got either none or barely any which I paid extra for the last three times and same thing happened. Smoothie was good but my chips had no air in the and when I picked them up they fell out the bottom like I guess they cut them opening a box of them and still served them !

Today was my first time trying tropical smoothie cafe I had the sausage and egg dill, with a paradise point smoothie with spinach and kale added and I must say everything was a 10/10 the atmosphere was welcoming and the customer service was excellent i can say you have a new customer. Thank you .
