Fresh bagels, quick service, staff didn’t rush, elaborate menu and items to select. Plenty of parking on the front. Excellent options for cream cheese as well. There are a few small chair and tables inside as well. Ideal for take out: Will be back.

Really amazing. All day menu. Customize anything the way you like to eat it. Prices are amazing and you can make up your own sandwiches and platters even if they are not on the menu. Really nice people emy and tony are the best. Keep up the good work. Call ahead for pickup if you are in a big rush because it can get very busy in there. God bless ameen.

Small spot but as soon as I walked it, I got smiles and was greeted immediately. Just a pleasant spot. There are many bagels spots in the area with B&B Bagels being one of the best. But this is a nice spot to grab a quick bite. I was in and out.

Move over NY, the best bagels are at Metro Bagels in North Arlington. This is a small take out place, there is a counter where you can if necessary, but it is better to take out. The menu is extensive, with loads of sandwiches and grilled food. Family owned and quality food. Great prices.

Metro Bagels and Grill is an absolute gem of a bagel store. The bagels are nice and chewy, and their sandwiches quite substantive. I had the Taylor Ham Egg and Cheese and found it very well done. The bagel was a bit larger, and the sandwich ingredients were more generous than other comparable stores. The staff was very amicable and accommodating, as well as engaging. It is very apparent that they take their craft seriously, and almost make it a point to please their customers. In my case, they succeeded, big time.

Really good fresh bagels. Breakfast sandwich was really good. Also, they have different options for breakfast and lunch. One time I had the burgers and french fries it was really good. Good price and affordable. The Burger came with french fries and a soda. They’ll make the food to your liking and accommodate to your taste. Very friendly people and the woman who works in the morning with the hijab is super friendly and welcoming.
