Well let’s start off with the tenders. It’s usually pieces of tenders and not whole ones. The staff (manager) rude due to the fact I ordered 10 tenders and wanted more than one ranch sauce and told me and I quote…”You only get one sauce with your tenders. If you want more, spend more” Also got mad because I told him I didn’t have 10 tenders but literally 7 and 2 smaller pieces. Sad really when I spent $20 and spend at least $80 a week there. My money will go to a business that will not try to rip me off. A business that appreciates my business. This is the 2 sauces I paid for and 1 ranch sauce for 10 tenders and $20 dollars later. I work 14 to 16 and sometimes 18 hours a day 5 to 6 days a week. So thank you for helping me save more money .

The food is always delicious, which is why I keep coming back. However, I’m giving a 2-star rating due to ongoing issues with communication at the drive-thru speaker. It’s often very hard to understand and be understood, and this has happened multiple times. On one visit, my order was completely wrong because of the misunderstanding, and I had to drive all the way back to have it corrected. I really hope the staffing can be improved. I do want to say thank you to the security guard at the window (who has multiple positions) she was very helpful and communicated clearly — that made a big difference.

The food is great. The service was beyond my expectations tonight. To have a guy to be yelling at me, rushing me to take my order and still get my order wrong. The only solution he had for me is to drive back around and reorder after I have sat for 1 hour already. He do not need to be at the speaker. He will run all business off. Just to get home and food still not fried hard . Guess I have to spend more money elsewhere tonight until I get a refund tomorrow. I don’t eat gooey wings

Chicken was burned smelled funny like it was old fries where greasy and disgusting I paid almost 10 dollars for some slop I’M allergic to.fish keep in mind leason learned to check your food before you leave. I trashed my entire plate wasn’t going to take I back because I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN

Take a real jungle baby to call this delicious…. Customer service and food both need a shake down. The B/M was cool but the order taker acted like he couldn’t hear or understand and was having a conversation on the cell while tending to customers.
