The young workers are very nice but this lady Pam is absolutely bloody horrible. We go there regularly and I returned some subs because the bread smelled so bad. The employees must’ve gotten used to the smell there, that also penetrated the breads so they couldn’t smell it. They said it was fine and gave us free ones for next time. Pam argued with us saying she didn’t recall doing that and then proceeded to yell at us and threw the breads at us to take them finally. What an awful person and experience.

i walked in with 3 customers in front of me waiting for their sandwich when 2 girls come out the back with one hair basically completely down and the other with long bangs just hanging over the food. the customers waited patiently while having to repeat their sandwich 4-5x while the girls laughed about not having cheese. i left.

No lights in the parking lot, sign isn’t on, the bread has been changed up and it wasn’t even cooked properly. Come on, you can do better.

Walked in yesterday and a older blonde haired employee was taking measurements of food temperatures without wearing gloves. That says a lot about a place when someone’s bare hand is in the tubs going from meat to meat . You’d think with everything going on she’d care enough to take extra precautions instead of not caring for the responsibilities of her job or anyone elses safety… It’s disrespectful and disgusting.
