I’ve ordered corn dogs here probably 4 times and they’ve left the mustard out of the bag 4/4 times. Idk what it is with this location but you gotta basically beg them to give you mustard or they won’t give you any. Any other Sonic you go to, they include the mustard with the corn dogs. The food is pretty good so can yall please just give the people their mustard when they order a corn dog? Thanks

Not sure if the same manager works there but I waited 30 minutes for cold food. Asked for fresh food and still had to wait 30 more minutes for that. I kept asking for the manager but the car hopper only humped his shoulders as if he didn’t know what was taking so long. When she finally came she just handed me the food and went back inside. I was already going through enough and had my son with me. I always wait patiently because I know how fast food could be. Just bad customer service in Vicksburg, MS. I’ll never order food from them again.

This was the first time I had a Sonic burger. It was the only place in sight to eat and I was hungry. Next time I will go without before I go to Sonic. The burger was cold and gross. The girl at the drive through was so blah and dropped my coins.
The tots were pretty good though.

Sonic, your employees at this unit have really stepped up. although I have had SEVERAL bad experiences at this particular location (two of which were last week when my boyfriend was hospitalized nearby) im not ther sort of person who can’t understand things happen. I had gone to sonic to speak with a manager regarding the most recent (2 days prior)problems, to be met with courtesy, professionalism, and a desire to ‘make it right ‘. as I’ve sworn to return only when they ‘get it together’, I’m here to tell y’all, they got it together. Finally. my trust is tentative but I’ll be back. thank you, sonic, for doing it right this time, that earned you somethin, imo.
I thought it would be lovely, considering how friendly the car hop sounded over the intercom while taking my order. it wasn’t. $16 (that’s with the buck and a quarter tip) for 2 bags of ice, an ocean water, a medium Butterfinger blast, and 2 cheese sticks (NOT 2 orders, two individual sticks of fried mozzarella). she didn’t get the ice on the order. “miscommunication”. the ocean water was the wrong size, the cheese sticks weren’t made to order (not cold but definitely not hot, at all) and just look at the blast……..did I mention no spoon? how about hardly any Butterfinger in that blast? it’s been a year of continual, seemingly deliberate, screw ups, sonic. I’m done.

When I got my medium tea I noticed it had only two small pieces of ice in it. We all know the sonic ice is the best part of a drink. I buzzed the speaker and asked for a medium cup of ice because my tea had no ice in it. The carhop brought the ice out and said that will be 74 cents(give or take a penny. I can’t remember the exact amount) . I said I don’t think I should pay for ice when my drink had only two pieces in it. She said the tea was hot and it melted it. I said you surely didn’t have a full cup of ice in there for it to melt it all by the time it got to me. She said do you want the ice or not? I said I don’t think I should have to pay for it. She said well you have to pay for it if you want it. She wasn’t being very nice about it at all. I asked for the manager. The manager comes out with an irritated look on her face. I explain to her what was going on. She said we have to charge you for the ice. I said okay you go get the dollar tip I left from my order and pay for the ice with it. She just looked at me then finally said ( very aggravated) I’ll just give it to you. On her way in, she passes the carhop and says something to her. Something smarty I’m sure, from the way they were smirking. She comes out with the ice. I said thank you so much. She just hands it to me and turns and walks off. Was I wrong for wanting ice in my drink??? IF the tea was warm, the correct thing to do was bring it out to me with a cup of ice and say” I’m sorry, we just made the tea. It’s a little warm so here is some ice to add to it when it cools off. ♀️
Someone needs to train these employees on how to be nice and how to do what’s right. AND HOW TO SMILE!

Well, I will start by saying this Sonic’s service is the bottom of the barrel. We have been waiting for 40 minutes on a mobile app order. When they finally brought the food, they left off the onion rings and gravy. Whoever is managing this Sonic doesn’t deserve minimum. This place is a bad joke. They put a bad taste in my mouth. The manager did offer to pay for it.

Horrible service, horrible quality. Can’t even get an order right. AND MY DAUGHTER FOUND SOMETHING BLUE IN HER CHICKEN TENDERS!! We will never visit this sonic again.
