Tried to order doughnuts through the drive through at 8:30 am only to be replied with they only had very few of the doughnuts I requested. So I asked for 1 dozen of a variety of doughnuts, only to be followed by a very large sigh and that I was only aloud so many of the remaining doughnuts they had left and it was going to take thwm a while to get thw order ready. (I only needed 1 dozen). Not the first time I have received not so pleasant customer service from this location. The lady taking the orders sure does not act like she likes working there.

My daughter and I went there and had the worst service ever. The girl didn’t listen to are order gave us the wrong item this happened 3 times as we had already waited 20 min in drive thru for our coffee’s not to mention the 2nd one that was wrong was completely a mess with coffee on top of the lid and I then had to go inside because mine still wasn’t right. The 2 girls that were working didn’t even ask me what they could do for me they completely ignored me until I had to speak up and I still continued to wait an additional 15 min to keep getting rude service. Didn’t offer anything to try and be even halfway decent. I will NEVER go there again.

Ordered their new “$6 Meal Deal”, but when I told the cashier I was a senior citizen, that canceled the pricing on the meal deal. Sandwich and coffee were tasty, but the hash browns were soggy, cold, and smashed by the other items in the bag. Tasted terrible. Went inside to talk with cashier, and had to wait several minutes before being acknowledged. Cashier eventually returned the difference between the cost with meal deal and the cost I paid. Not worth the hype. Sent a message to their corporate customer service and received a response saying response time may be delayed due to system maintenance.

I just went in to order my all-time favorite donut Bavarian cream with powdered sugar that I’ve only found at Dunkin. They discontinued it! So devastating, it’s my one and only favorite kind of donut ! Writing in hopes that they reconsider. The dunkin employee said I’m not the only person to ask.

Service was quick enough and the pumpkin donut was good. However, I ordered a large hot latte and what I was given was a cold coffee in a cup for hot drinks. It was like the coffee had been sitting and got cold before being handed to me; although it was not busy when I ordered. I’m not sure why that was deemed acceptable to serve. Definitely disappointing when I was expecting a hot drink!

At this location you may want to use the drive thru… it appears faster than walking in. The staff was very nice and I would go there again. Good cold brew and espresso. And a dozen donuts.

They are always out of many of the varieties, even at 9 a.m. Walked out without ordering. Went across the street to Casey’s and they had a full case of donuts with many varieties. Casey’s offers very good, fresh ground coffee as well. Do better.

First visit since moving here and disappointed when I opened the box up. Would have been nice if the donuts weren’t put in upside down so the frosting comes off. Was happy to see long john donuts but they shouldn’t be all crammed in the box like this either.

Terrible awful customer service. Newer girl working we go to Dunkin’s quite a bit and she was AWFUL. We won’t be coming back so Thankyou for ruining Dunkin’s for us with your crap attitude. Very disappointed.
