Crave Shack is hands down one of the best spots in town! Let’s start with their Brisket Burger—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The brisket practically melts in your mouth, and the crispy onions? They add the perfect crunch and take the whole experience to another level. Absolute perfection.
Now, the Jerk Chicken Platter? Oh man, it’s actual crack. The charcoal-grilled jerk chicken is bursting with smoky, spicy goodness, and when you pair it with their signature Crave Sauce? It’s a flavor explosion that’ll have you hooked from the first bite.
On top of all that, Jasmin and Ash are absolute gems! So courteous, kind, and always making sure you have the best experience. Their hospitality truly makes you feel at home.
If you haven’t hit up Crave Shack yet, you’re seriously missing out. Do yourself a favor and get there ASAP!

As someone who has tried almost all the halal spots in NY I have to say, Crave Shack is now my number one spot! The food is always fresh, delicious and priced reasonably. They take pride in what they do and I’m finally happy to not be served frozen food lmao. I had a few items from here. The new jerk chicken sandwich… 10/10 flavorful and spicy! Jerk chicken over rice, doesn’t get better than that. Chicken sandwich, tenders and the wings, holy everything was absolutely fire! If you haven’t passed and tried the food, I encourage you to. it will be worth it

I’m not a big fan of burgers but this was top notch. Omaha steak patties with brisket was cooked to perfection. Topped with fried onions and cheese completed the burger. No fuss, just barbecue sauce and I was eating perfection. We also tried south of the border burger which was mild for my taste. It would’ve tasted better with jalapeño peppers, with a hint of spice. The service was friendly, the food was brought to our table and the server was courteous. Overall would visit again.

I recently visited this halal place, Crave Shack for the first time, and overall, it was a pretty good experience. The inside of the restaurant is very nice, with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The service was a bit mixrd. The guy at the front was incredibly helpful and made our visit enjoyable—shoutout to him for his excellent customer service! However, the waiting time was less than ideal. Despite being the only customer, I waited almost 25 minutes for my food while the staff in the back seemed more focused on their phones and chatting. This is an area that could definitely use some improvement.
Onto the food, which was the highlight of my visit.
The nashville sandwich was absolutely delicious. The chicken was incredibly fresh, juicy, and perfectly cooked. You could tell it was made with high-quality ingredients—just look at how white and tender the inside of the chicken is. It’s super fresh and flavorful. The jerk chicken over rice was amazing. I’ve never tasted anything like it before—the seasoning and spices were on point, and the sauce complemented it perfectly. It’s definitely a dish worth trying if you’re in the mood for something different. The salad that comes in the platter was a letdown. It was very generic, consisting of just a few lettuce leaves without much else. It felt weak and could definitely be improved.
The quality of the main dishes and the helpfulness of the front staff make Crave Shack worth a visit. With some tweaks, this place could be even better. Looking forward to seeing these improvements on my next visit!

Special shoutout to the owner Ash for the hospitality and blessing us with the steak platter.

Had the jerk chicken over rice. Very good, substantial serving. Service was excellent. Already have recommended this place to my friends who want halal cooking. It’s a small store in a strip mall, so that is the only very small negative. I definitely recommend this place whether you want halal cooking or not.

Decent food had a lot of flavor but wasn’t really my style. Hand cut fries were very good. Burger and a platter came to $30 which felt a bit steep for a lunch. Employees were very
friendly

Messy, saucy, flavorful burger.
Big bonus points for being halal, so I can go with my Bengali friend

I ordered two things. Steak over rice and a medium-well cheeseburger. The steak over rice wasn’t bad. However, after we drove 25 minutes from the restaurant to home, I opened the container and saw my burger was NOT cooked at all. Just barely seared. Raw pieces were literally falling off. Please see the pictures attached. I called the restaurant and the guy who answered the phone was completely unprofessional and said “well I’m not the one working in the kitchen” and offered either a refund or a new burger. In order to get the refund they told me I needed to go back in the store. So now I have to drive an hour in total to get a new burger or receive a $10 refund? Makes no sense. So I tried to reheat my burger, only to realize it lacked so much flavor. It was literally so bland, the pickles were the only thing giving it the flavor. They only get two stars (just for the okay-ish steak over rice)
