Enjoyed my take out order of special rolls New York Jet and 2Die4. Japanese egrolls were really good too Spicy Kani salad was OK.. . I don’t think they are open for sit down dining, but i could be wrong.

I’ve had takeout from Ninja a few times for individual servings.
Today I ordered from Ninja for a company lunch. 10 people ordered about ~20 different rolls and appetizers. Yuki was extremely helpful and made the order process so smooth. She let me text in the order (since it was a lot to read over the phone) and was able to add a few containers of gluten free soy sauce.
Everything was delivered promptly on time and was even labeled so we could tell which rolls were which (see photo).
Rave reviews from the group on quality and freshness of the rolls! Would order again.

They cancelled our Grubhub order because they were too busy. Took us about 45 minutes to find out. Plenty of other sushi places that want people’s business.

Order delivery from this place from the moment you call them on the phone they have excellent customer service they repeat your order to you to make sure that they have a correct the person that answers the phone has a pleasant demeanor which is a plus in this industry. I ordered edamame garlic version excellent I ordered hibachi vegetable and a side order of fried rice and tempura vegetables it was in all vegetable meal this time great for those who are vegetarians delicious meal delivery was excellent even the delivery guy had a great personality this place gets a five star for me not only for the customer service their food was hot and delicious. Service was amazing! We ordered appetizers, stuff to share for the table, individual entrees, and dessert and every course come out at the perfect time. The food was so good. I want more now that I’m thinking about it and writing this review.
The waitress was super friendly and entertaining and the management looks like they know what they’re doing. We came for the soft opening on valentine’s and everything seemed to be running perfectly. No rushing, no delays, no drama.
My whole family loved it and we will definitely be back!

I was in the mood for Japanese cuisine so wanted to try this place out. I called in a order of vegetable udon without egg. The lady over the phone was pleasant. When I arrived I parked on the street and waked in. The lady asked if I was picking up and went to the back to get my food. I paid about $12.35 for the udon and it came with a side salad. When I got home I dug in. The salad was fresh but I used my own dressing because I am not a fan of theirs. The udon was very good. I will be back.

We ordered through DoorDash for pickup after our bi-weekly grocery run. Decided to order enough for lunch and dinner (plus, we had a coupon, so why not?)
We had the Tiger roll (white tuna, salmon, crunch and spicy mayo, topped with tuna, salmon, BBQ eel, avocado, and black tobiko), Ninja Lunch Roll Combo (tuna avocado, yellowtail jalapeño, salmon avocado), Sushi and Sashimi Combo (5 pcs of sushi 8 pcs of sashimi, yellowtail scallion roll), and the Salmon Lover (4 pcs salmon sushi & spicy salmon roll).
Anything listed under the lunch specials come with a soup AND a salad. I was just happy that they even offered lunch specials on the weekend. All the rolls were great – perfect rice to fish ratio. I was a little iffy about the Tiger roll because in my past experiences at similar sushi places, special rolls are just meh – they usually have too much going on. But this one worked! Even though I don’t even like eel, so that is saying something.
The app said it would take 20-30 minutes, which was accurate. Would definitely order for pick-up from here again. Too bad it’s too far for delivery. But then maybe that’s a good thing because then I’d probably go broke ordering from here all the time.

We spent close to $100 on (2) sashimi deluxe orders delivered by DoorDash. The fish was completely inedible. I just read another recent negative review about “Ninja” saying the “sushi is fresher at ShopRite” I TOTALLY agree ShopRite sushi is very fresh and good. The fish from Ninja was like rubber; the quality horrible!! It was so bad I was compelled to call the restaurant to complain – while on the phone the man who answered started talking to who I can only assume was the sushi chef about my complaint he then directs the conversation back to me on the phone and says “no one else has complained??” When I pushed back on how bad it was – he said a manager will call me back. Needless to say that never happened. I gave them an opportunity to correct the problem which clearly they had no interest in doing. It was close to $100 with of bad sushi we literally threw in the garbage. Luckily, there are several sushi places to choose from in the area – This one is permanently off my list. NEXT!
