Ordered pick up, kids apple sauces and juices missing, no lettuce or tomatoes on the sandwiches and when I called to get it replaced they said they cannot do anything about it. Even though they made the mistake my receipt shows what I ordered but they make it how they want mayo and pickles no lettuce no tomatoes. So now I have to go buy myself dinner else where bc the manager has to call me.

I had to make multiple trips to get my correct order. This is the closest subway to me and it is 15 minutes away. When I called and asked to remake my food, they said it was fine but because I had already ate half of it, they would only replace the remaining half. I was fine with this but I feel as if they should’ve been willing to comp the other half or at least given me a drink or side as a sorry for me having to make a pointless 30 minute trip to replace the Philly cheese steak that was made with chicken. When I brought this up to the two young men on staff, Andon and Anthony, they were less than sympathetic towards the situation and only offered to replace what was remaining of the food. I personally know places that will do anything to make the customer happy and will be bringing my business there instead.

I went in a couple of days ago, usually subway is pretty quick but the line was almost, out of the door. There was one worker there, Faith. She was doing her best to keep up with everything going on. She had to make the food, cash them out, complete online orders for take out, and get more ingredients from the back to make orders, all while the bread oven was screaming at her. It was so bad that I considered leaving just to be one less person for her to serve. Not once did she get impatient or rude with a customer. She was in over her head due to a staff shortage but she kept her cool and kept pushing through even as customers continued coming through the door. She did a fantastic job and didn’t take the route that most would by complaining, or down talking her employer which really shows her character. I hope that management recognizes her value! Thank you for a great customer experience Faith!

Every time I come here the soda is not the best and tastes like Lysol, my stomach hurts after drinking it. The food is alright and up to standard but the soda needs to be fixed, either not enough syrup or when cleaning the machine some chemical is left.

All is well at the Winnebago Subway. Very clean and very friendly staff. To be precise, an employee by the name of, “Holden” made my sandwich with finesse and tender love… needless to say it was the finest toasted buffalo chicken I have ever put in my eat-hole. God bless that young man.

Greeted by a very friendly women working the counter, which doesn’t usually happen at Subway. This was about 8:30 PM on a Saturday and the bread was fully stocked as well as all the meats and toppings. This subway is very friendly and clean. I have rated a few different Subway’s and this one has clearly been the best. The owner of this Subways should be very proud. Keep hiring awesome employees as it truly shows they care about this place! It was my first time visiting and won’t be the last!

I had a bad experience this one time. I placed my Mobil order at 12:05pm, and app suggested it would be ready by 12:25pm. I arrived at 12:25pm and saw 3 othe customers in line. The Sub Engineers apologized that they were not able to prepare my order and would begin shortly. I waited another 15 mins before my order was ready. I was on my 30 munute lunch, and that caused me to be late returning . The Sub Engineer was very apologetic, but did not offer any compensation. I will try again with the Mobil order and maybe put the order in earlier to give it another shot. I just hope they can improve prep times. I want to continue to support locally.
