Awesome BBQ spot
near Lehigh Valley! I was in town visiting from Chicago, and eating at the Smoking Bull Shack was one of the highlights of my trip. So glad we did, It was sooooo good!!! You can smell the wonderful aroma from the smoker as you pull into the parking lot. The pulled pork was absolutely delicious, and the prime rib special (literally melted in my mouth) was out of this world good!! The best I’ve ever had! The fried mac and cheese balls were a must! Just can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed every bite of their food! We were blown away by the incredible service we received! Sandy (the woman at the window) was just the sweetest, and was outside often, making sure we didn’t need anything. I can’t wait to go back!

Smokin’ Bull Shack did not disappoint! Great location, nice tables to sit at while eating, nice staff, and tasty food. I got the special which was a prime rib sandwich- craving it right now! I will be going back again when in the area. Love the food truck scene- awesome to see one in Coopersburg!

My boyfriend and I live in Coopersburg, and we see the truck all the time, today was the 1st time we stopped. The food was excellent and we had leftovers!! The cook came out to see if everything was good, which I like because it means they care! Will be returning for sure!!

Fantastic food truck located behind the Inside Scoop in Coopersburg. The BBQ is fantastic and you have to try the Burnt Ends! They’re not on the menu but if you ask for the they just might have some!

Seriously the BEST BRISKET in the area! The meat is smokey and still moist, full of flavor even without bbq sauce. The owner is friendly, and the prices are fair.
