Melissa was our waitress and she was awesome- very knowledgeable and attentive! We had Thai sausage, crab cheese rolls, beef cashew nut sauce and beef drunken noodles. All were delicious. Spicy is SPICY!

I absolutely loved this place! The food was so delicious, fresh, and steamy you could literally see the heat rising off the bowl the second it hit the table. The service was super fast, and the staff was so kind and welcoming.
The restaurant itself is clean, cozy, and spacious, with a really calm vibe that makes it perfect for a relaxing meal. Even the bathroom was spotless and felt really cozy, which says a lot about how well they take care of the place!
If you’re looking for a flavorful, chill spot to eat in Gainesville, I definitely recommend Noodle Bowl. Everything about it was on point. Five stars for sure!

Best Thai in Gainesville. Real Thai spice levels. Excellent classics like Pad Thai, Panang Curry, Thom Ka Gai, Papaya Salad. Deeper flavor than your average thai spot. Super friendly and attentive staff who are happy to be there, and great location and interior (although small). Try it!

This new restaurant is definitely a must try and returning for sure. We got there around 12:15pm and ordered the lunch specials. Service was super quick even though the restaurant inside was full and it’s definitely smaller than I expected. We sat outside thinking the wait was going to be long but to our surprise the food came out in record speed at 12:25pm. We had the Drunken chicken noddle bowl, the beef drunken noddle and the fried rice. All of them tasted fresh and delicious. I wish the chicken would have been a bit more juicier but overall everything was good and can’t wait to try another dish. Oh and the side ginger salad you get with the lunch special is amazing, the ginger sauce is top notch.

I ordered the Cashew Nut Sauce plate for me and the Basil Fried Rice for my daughter. Both @ $13.50 with chicken and absolutely tasteful.
The only reason I took a star is because of it being such a small place with limited seating and parking. Also my daughter ordered the rice specifically because the photo showed a fried egg on top and she didn’t realize until she was getting full that it, unfortunately, didn’t come with an egg. (She gets full fast). But it was our first time and we were surprised with a delicious mini salad and bonus sides of white rice, so I guess it had initially skipped her mind because of the new trial. Other than that, it was well worth the $35 (with tip) that I paid. I’d definitely consider going back.

Delicious food. Very appropriate lunch portion. The only issue is that the food did not come out together. First mine and then a few minutes later…my wife’s. Should hold and both come out at the same time

We came for dinner after work. Its cute and trendy. The food was delicious. We ordered the fresh rolls without shrimp, pad thai with tofu and basil fried rice with tofu. The presentation was pleasing and it tastes so good!! We will definitely come back!! There is indoor/outdoor seating and it’s right in the middle of town.

I’m so happy there’s a good Thai restaurant that just opened ! It felt like eating at my friend’s place cooked by her Thai mom. Every dish I ordered was delicious. Perfect seasoning and presentation. Price was also very reasonable. I’ll be back for sure! I ordered way more but I devoured it before taking pics so here are the few pics that made it!

Downtown Gainesville needed a restaurant like Noodle Bowl! Their thai food is delicious with so many awesome options. My favorites include their spring rolls, chicken satay, curry puff rolls, pad thai, Panang curry and Massaman curry. Their hospitality is awesome – everyone is so nice! They also have great, affordable lunch specials. Can’t wait to come back!!
