I come here daily and support the business and the workers nicely, but I dislike coming on Sundays because of the guy that works there who has this cocky and rude attitude. I asked for some extra lettuce and he gives me 2 strands of lettuce… and I ask for it again and gives me another 2 strands of lettuce. So, I asked for some extra lettuce again because what is this skimpy portion control this guy is trying to do. And he gives me this attitude saying it’s gonna cost 70 cents for extra lettuce. Mind you I don’t get any other veggies besides lettuce and some onions. I go on tell him I don’t like what he’s doing and he’s being skimpy because I’m over the disrespect and he goes on to say the business is going to lose money by giving me extra lettuce. Bro I’ll tell you right now the business is not going to lose money by giving customers lettuce lol get a grip man. It’s not like I asked for extras of all the veggies. If I asked for extra on everything then sure maybe it’ll make sense for the business to lose very little bit of money, but man it’s just some damn lettuce lmao. It’s okay to be skimpy and portion control, but it’s not okay to be rude about it. In addition, this guy needs to work on better customer service if he is to be skimpy because I rather not get 4 strands of lettuce. I rather have him say, “sorry I cannot give extra lettuce per company policy, I will have to charge 70 cents.” I’d gladly pay it, but not after this guy gives me 4 strands and gives me attitude and rubs me off the wrong way. I tell him he needs to act like the gentleman and lady who works during the weekdays because they’re the perfect example of good customer service and taking care of customers and regulars properly. The guy goes don’t come here on Sundays then. Beyond ridiculous and a shame that a person with attitude like that works there.

Please ask your peeps to cut back on the sauce. They put on way too much mayo, mustard, etc…

You guys don’t deserve a star!! It just to be a good place now you guys charge for extra drinks that we don’t get..
So for costumer the one to grab a sandwich make sure you get you receive cause you will be charge extra and they don’t give you refund cause they say only a manager can do that and they will tell you to come back when manager is there. I think is a BS..

Always a happy customer when leaving here. Food is fast, employees are nice and courteous. Just got a sandwich and had a nice talk with one of their employees, John I believe was his name about soccer. Place is always very clean. All a customer asks for is good, fast good and nice customer service, you definitely get this here.

Staff is unresponsive and weird. Takes like 15 minutes to get one sandwich made. I worked at subway for a very long time up until a few years ago and I can tell with absolute confidence that the bread I got was very old. The staff don’t know how to use the toaster because the meat was still very cold on my sandwich. I have since started going to another subway. I wish I could talk to the owner of the store about managing the place because I could whip this subway into shape so quickly with my experience. Such a great location but the staff really make it bad.
