Delicious, fast and friendly! The atmosphere was clean and fun and that food!!! I want to try everything on the menu, packed with flavor! And for us malt vinegar fry lovers, the fries are amazing alone but they offer malt vinegar for them, too! Huge bonus for me!

Honestly so impressed by my meal. I tried a Philly cheesesteak old skool & BBQ Wings ! These guys did their thing! & service was great which is rare at a drive thru in Lansing. Would def come back. Strawberry lemonade was also a hit.

You would think that for as long as it took for Charley’s to open, it would look brand new on the inside. They pretty much moved into Wendy’s, changed the name and the color of the building. The inside looks exactly the same, down to the dirty floors and the burnt/ greasy wall behind the grill.
To the food and service. I ordered online and my food was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. It was more like 30 minutes. The boneless chicken was dry and the teriyaki sweet sauce was not good at all. I tried to eat 2 of the 16 – 20 pieces I ordered and gave up. The fries were undercooked, soggy, and they just slapped what tasted like can cheese on top.
The staff was pretty friendly but the service was very slow. I cheated on A Burger and Wing down the street to give this place a try but they don’t have to worry about me coming back. I was very disappointed.

Food was very good. Hot made fresh. Different flavor fries. Pop is good and crisp and does not have a bad after flavor. The lady that took our order was named Smiley. Very sweet and funny. Definitely recommend here.

Charley’s is hands down my favorite cheese steak place! There boneless buffalo wings are off the charts as well not only is there food great but they have exceptional customer servace. Mark is the best. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is great.
