Had a great experience at this Starbucks! Staff was helpful, it was clean and pretty quiet which was nice. Decent group here in the morning and was able to get some work done. Banana nut cake heated up was tasty!

Went there on 8/21/25. There weren’t many people and the service was very slow, but mainly one rude employee. She kept saying she couldn’t hear me. I go to take a call outside and the music is BLARING. I could never take a call here, let alone have a conversation. Not a reliable Starbucks. The video is how loud it was outside with their terrible music and speakers. Wild for a Starbucks.

I was on a roadtrip. I got a Starbucks at the start, finished it and stopped here for another. I was trying to free my cup holder for the new Starbucks coffee I purchased and asked the woman at the window if she could throw out the empty one for me. She said “I can’t take your trash” and declined. This clearly is a personal policy of hers because I have had the same situation at other Starbucks and they happily threw it away for me. She clearly doesn’t appreciate customers if she is not willing to throw an empty Starbucks cup out for me. I wasn’t asking her to throw away just random trash. Of course, this happened after I tipped so I regret tipping.

I’m not sure why getting light ice is always so difficult.
This is my local Starbucks, and I visit at least three times a week. Each time, it’s a fight to get light ice. Multiple times, I’ve had them remake it, so I’m sure some people behind me in the drive-thru are mad. But it says in the label, yet almost every time, my order is wrong. More than half of my cup is full of ice today. Yesterday, they forgot to add the strawberries to the strawberry Acai lemonade! It feels like I’m being pushed to try other stores or take a break from Starbucks as a whole.

I ordered a Danish and a dirty chai frappe with whip cream. No one asked my name. After about 10 other drinks had been made—and they weren’t very busy–4 different people asked what my order was. When I finally got drink, it didn’t taste right but I just took it and left. Rude?? Did my Kirk shirt offend them? I will definitely let others know how I was treated–whatever excuse they try to use.

Even though the store looked busy, Hunter took his time helping me pick out a drink and now I can say I have a new addiction to the salted caramel Frappuccino!
