Bumper in Macon,Ms I ordered the catfish dinner. Normally the fish is great, however this time it was cook half done. I return to inform the manager she said she yes it was half done but since some was eating their was nothing she could do. Please, check your food before you leave.

Almost all of the speakers are broken, so you have to call. One guy came out about 15 minutes after we placed our order and asked us if we called in and then he walked back inside. Another 20 minutes later, still no food or payment. Somewhat busy for noon on a Monday but after 30 minutes, we gave up.

My family and I have been here few times when we traveled to Mississippi and back to Alabama. For the most part, it was pretty good. Especially their desserts were good. Hopefully, if I ever do go back there again, they’ll still be good.

The service here is TERRIBLE! Some of kiosks don’t work and you’ll have to figure it out on your own. The people bringing the food have nasty attitudes. Even charged me for 2 apple pies they DID NOT have. Beyond disgusted and definitely WON’T be going back. Please save your money and drive the extra 25-30 minutes to somewhere else.

Literally ordered a #1, simple as it gets… I waited exactly 53 minutes for my food, and that’s not counting having to switch spots 3 times because none of the speakers work..
Food is okay but service is absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced.
It’s hard to put into words honestly.
I WILL NOT be coming back and I urge nobody to go. If this wasn’t the only place In town to eat, they would be out of business tomorrow.

I hadn’t had Bumpers since I was a child, but during a family visit, I decided to stop by, and it didn’t disappoint at all! They are far better than Sonic! I wish they sold slushes, though!

Doesn’t seem like it’s giving me the opportunity to leave another review so I will just edit this post. And add. The only 5 stars I would give about this place is that its owner is really nice. I have met him talk to him and really like and appreciate him. However, the service is poor. I ordered a $7.19 combo chili dog, but asked for a regular size instead of the foot-long. I asked her if I could get it in a combo and was answered an affirmative. They were trying to charge me $13 for that meal then because they rung it up all separately. I asked to talk to the manager because waitress didn’t follow my line of thought. Shortly later she came out and said manager said to send all the food back. !! I couldn’t do that because I was ordering for an older lady and she was at home hungry. I just didn’t want to spend so much on one meal! Eventually, they gave me a $3 ‘discount’, which brought it down to the correct price anyway. Ordered mozzarella sticks & one was simply the casing and no cheese inside. I asked for the chili and the cheese on the side and they put it in a little paper dish with no lid. The cheese was unwrapped unlike I had previously received and just laying in a paper dish. When I tried to peel that cheese off it completely tore.
Everything came out in separate bags! Laid all over my seat. Just feel like EVERYTIME I go there ends with a problem ….sigh

Service was POOR! She did not respond back to us after we ordered so weren’t sure if we would get what we ordered. I then reached out and asked her for the chili on the side since I was taking it to somebody. No response. When it came out, it was on the dog and I asked her about it. All she said was that they already had had it on. It would’ve been nice if she could’ve told us that or just did a new one.
I did like my grilled chicken sandwich but the tomato happened to be 1 small half…. that’s it!
Asked for a dish of ice cream and after receiving it, was told they did not have spoons. What?!?!
Just not enthused about going back until the employees can learn better courtesy.

Welcome to Macon,Ms… This place used to be great! Now it’s hard to find a working order box and I was there at a slow time.. One other customer and a simple burger and fries took 20 minutes. The fries were soggy and the burger was cold so I wonder when it was made. Definitely not in the 20 minutes I waited… I threw the meal out because I didn’t want to wait for another one. Keep driving.. Macon does not offer good fast food.
