Food was served hot. The service wasn’t friendly. The lead person in the colard shirt was snappy. She told my cashier she probably couldn’t change my $50. It was to early in the morning for her interactions with staff & customers. Store #2028

Update 04/03/2025:

Our order was placed on the app for pickup but decided to dine in. Our order was sitting in the warmer when I walked up to the order pickup side and it took over 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence even though they walked by me many times. The cashier’s customer service skills were absolutely horrible. She neither smiled or friendly with the customers. She definitely needs some work on how to be professional but friendly with customers.

The food was hot and fresh but the fountain drinks tasted flat and watered down.

Overall presentation of the dining room was clean.

December 2024:
Our order was placed on the app from inside the restaurant for Dine in. It wasn’t very busy inside and the drive thru had a short line. Now you would think since we placed our order on the app and bypassed the order line that our order would be prompt, that was a big NO! Unfortunately, they were more worried about the amount of time that it took to get the drive thru orders out. What is the point of having the app if you’re still pushed to the side because you didn’t want to order in the drive thru. I watched as my order was finally bagged even though I said dine in and the employee bagging the food just pushed it to the side without even calling the name on the receipt. After having to ask the cashier for my food we finally received our order over 15 minutes after placing the order. The hamburger was thrown together with the condiments squished out all over the paper and the french fries were unsalted. I’m not very impressed with the unprofessionalism of the restaurant. Orders ordered in house and on the app are just as important to get out in a timely manner as the drive thru.

Not in an amazing part of town, especially at night. A few cars were parked alongside the curb by the door because they are making their drive thru performance look better by clearing out the drive thru before your order is actually completed. (Lots of drive thru places fake their performance timing). When it was my turn to go around the building and wait in the next line by the opposite side doors, they ended up bringing my food out without a receipt. When I asked for the receipt it was a big deal to them because apparently they don’t like to include a receipt normally. Overall, this burger king was ok but I wouldn’t drive out of my way to go to it again.

It was morning time 9:17 am when me and my family came in drive thru my cashier Zerraka was friendly and helpful as we drove around our host Jaelyn did amazing job she was friendly as well just wanted to let them know keep up the good work ,my daughter food was hot and we didn’t wait that long next visit to Macon I will be coming back there.

Very poor service. Waited in line for several minutes was never greeted. No one was friendly oe smiled and every single employee there had their earbuds in and were on their phones. I saw at least three orders go out without being paid for as well. What a shame.

I guess I’ve been lucky with this location. I went two times for lunch. First because it was close to where I was working. Food came pretty good and hot. An I had some really awesome servers. Decide to go back the next day for lunch and had the same good service. I really don’t mind to be back here in future occasions.

Everyone was pleasant to deal with and the double meat Whopper and fries were not precooked. Good meal for less than $10!
Also of great importance was that the restaurant and men’s restroom was clean.

Burger King 853 Riverside Dr Macon, GA. Onion rings were old and too hard to bite. They were hot so I assume they refried old ones. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the coke was drinkable. They have been a disappointment the last few times I’ve been there. I’m done with this location.
