Delicious freshly made pizza found in the Durham Food Hall. Not a whole lot to say except the pizza speaks for itself and the location is fun with a variety of options if with a group.

I decided for the first time to try this pizzeria in the Durham Food Hall. Bri and Asher we warm, kind and knowledgeable for the questions that I had. Jayla did a magnificent job on putting together my Hummus Flatbread. The flatbread was soft yet cooked to perfection to hold the hummus and the toppings to the hummus flatbread. I mean the vegetables were cut to the perfect size not overwhelming, there was just enough hummus spread to not make the bread mushy on application and just perfect sprinkles of salt to keep the party going on the right accord. Great job and they told mee how to heat it up how I would like to have it again. Wonderful staff.

Holy cow this pizza is AMAZING. Was not expecting it to be as good as it was. Fresh ingredients. Fresh mozzarella. I couldn’t get enough. The house salad with their homemade dressing was amazing as well. Full of flavor. Thin crust pizza cooked just right.

Napoli makes a consistently delicious pie with fresh ingredients. The fermented dough that is baked in a wood fire oven give its a nice crisp on the edges.

My go to order is: the Parma with a drizzle of honey and a house salad.

The house salad is large enough to split in between two adults. It has plenty olives, cucumbers, peppers, and the balsamic vinaigrette is strong enough to even out the feta cheese, but mild enough to compliment the cucumber and cherry tomatoes.

Each pie is large enough to split in between two adults.

The gelato is good, but it tends to be a little too soft. Flavor is very good.

The service is the only reason I have deducted a star, as the staff changes pretty consistently. On evenings and weekends the wait can be 25-30 minutes.

Nice pizza spot in the Durham food Hall, tucked in the corner – the pizzas give an authentic Italian pizza vibe, had the Margherita and fungi , definitely the margherita was the better option, I feel there is still scope for improvement as my absolute favorite in downtown Durham still is pizzeria torro however this will probably count as my second favorite.
PS : The offer chilli oil as a a side if you are feeling little more adventurous and want to add some heat !!!

I do not post many reviews unless positive. I think others may want to know. The pizza was burnt. We respectfully alerted the staff of the bitter taste, due to burning, this is why chefs work so hard to brown yet not burn. They stated this is how their pizza is. 6 months ago it was not. Not looking for refund or apology. Just letting others know what to potentially expect. Menu looks great but bitter burnt pizza is what it is.

Broccoli Rabe pizza was great. Good fresh ingredients. Just a touch too oily this time. Also the staff didn’t ring our buzzer immediately so the pizza wasn’t as hot as it should have been. We’ll definitely come back!

Decent pizza and breadsticks. 10 years ago I’d say it’s one of the best in the triangle, but with all the current competition it’s probably not too 10. Still good food though and worth eating if nearby.

If you are like us and enjoy having a couple of dependable local places you can get to quickly and easily, have very good food, great service, efficient and friendly staff; then add this to your list!

We were there about two weeks ago and were given a sample of the pumpkin seed pesto sauce…. . Wonderful.

If you live in Durham and are looking for good quality at acceptable prices, you should try this place.

A disappointing experience. If you want a fresh pizza experience, do not order online. I ordered a margarita pizza during lunchtime with extra sauce, receiving a notification that my pizza would be ready for pickup at 12:43pm. I arrived at 12:45pm thinking my pizza would be ready to go, or at least fresh out of the oven. When I arrived, a woman asked if I was picking up an order. I told her my name, and she said that it would be ready in a few minutes. She proceeded to turn to one of the chefs and said it’s a pick up for a Margarita Pizza with extra sauce. To my surprise, he turned and placed a pizza that was sitting on the rack into the oven. I waited a few minutes for the pizza to warm up. They boxed the reheated pizza, placed a side of sauce in the box and said here you go! It was after 12:50pm at this point, and I needed to get back to work, so I just took the pizza and left. But this was a very disappointing experience. I was looking forward to a FRESH wood fire pizza made to order, not rewarmed. The pizza itself was decent, nothing special with very few basil leaves. So essentially, I ordered a $14 reheated cheese pizza…I will not be back.
