We had 21 people show up at the bar. We called ahead and they were all set up and waiting. Great service and fabulous sandwiches. We were riding out UTV’s. 11 machines total. Coulee Cruisers UTV Club.

Our first visit was Sept 22. We had a wonderful experience with both the food and service. It was so good that we decided to bring the family inthe following Saturday. I made a reservation for 8 at 7.
The table was ready, we gave drink orders, and from there the entire experience fell apart. We ordered 5 appetizers, 3 pizzas, two sandwiches, and chicken tenders. The pizzas came out first, a good 15 minutes before the appetizers. The sandwiches arrived after the rest of the party had finished eating, and the tenders never arrived at all.
All of this was bad enough, but I had ordered a specific pizza for myself without pepperoni as it makes me very ill. I got three pieces in before I saw the pepperoni hanging out. I had specifically stated it, the server repeated it back twice. This was bad. I was upset and the staff said we’ll give you a $30 discount. Like that would make me magically better. I finally just requested that they remake my pizza to go. Now the sandwiches come out and we have the tenders removed from the check. My husband pays the check, the girl from the back shoves a pizza in my hand and instead of the reordered one it’s the deluxe with pepperoni on it. They couldn’t get a single thing right. I left the pizza there.
They offered to have the owner call me on Monday.
Here it is Friday and no response.
I, at the very least, expected an apology for repeatedly serving me food that makes me physically sick. Mon I recommended it highly, by Fri I’m telling people to avoid it.

I’m from Chippewa Falls, my dad and I took a mini road trip today. We stopped at a gas station to use the bathroom, however the clerk told us it was out of order and directed us to Longbranch to use their facilities. Immediately the bartender greeted us and asked us if we wanted menus, so we decided to stay for a late lunch. I’m so happy we did! Our bartender (I wish I could remember her name!) was so nice and kind, made conversation with us, asked where we were from and took very good care of us. The food was amazing. I had the western burger and my dad and the swiss and mushroom. The burgers were giant, not too greasy and absolutely delicious. The patrons were kind, the music playing was great and the establishment was clean and very comfortable! We will definitely be back!! Thank you for everything!!

I have been meaning to try Big Dan’s for over a year now, and finally did so last evening. Sorry I hadn’t gone there sooner! The service was excellent, such a friendly and accommodating gal. I decided to try the thin crust veggie pizza, it was the BEST I have ever had, and it takes something for me to say that. The veggies presented on the pizza are a perfect combination and evenly distributed over the whole pizza, along with the perfect amount of sauce & cheese. The waitress also provided a delicious ranch dressing for me to add if I cared to, what a flavorful addition on the pizza! Thank you!
This is a country bar/restaurant. Friendly, rustic atmosphere. In the dining area there are touches of antiques that gives that section a warm, cozy feeling. My only hope is that my Veggie Pizza will be as excellent on my next visit, which will be soon!
