Nice new deck. The fish fry was amazing and the portion size was enough for two people. The mixed drinks are shockingly expensive and did not taste like it was made correctly. Suggest asking the price of old fashions and any mixed drinks. My brandy Old fashion was $11

Wanted to love it. It is clean and small. 8 tables for dining. Very few people there when we arrived. Waitress was new and had a rough day/evening and it showed. She appeared to be defeated. Took a very long time for her to come for our order. Complained about the POS and kitchen order systems. Didn’t like to do both … I guess she needed a place to unload her woes. Menu online is old. Nothing fancy – burgers, fish and chicken. But out fish, and baked potato’s. Ordered onion rings, never did get them. Ordered tap beer got a bottle. Hamburger was a burger in the bun and nothing else. Ketchup only in the table. Good burger but would have liked the option to add to it (onions, pickles etc) Fries were fair. Water smelled like cleaning chemicals. Owner was super nice so that was a huge plus. Lots of room for improvement for this little joint. Might try again some day.

Ordered a pot pie. Clearly use canned vegetables, which turned to mush, not that I expected fresh, but I certainly would have thought frozen would have been a better option and much to my surprise there was not one piece of chicken in my pot pie. Didn’t care for the flavor. Myself and another guest did not care for the dressings they served with the spring salad.
Conclusion we will not return.

Super cute place to eat at. The atmosphere is welcoming with friendly staff and locals. On a nice day I’d suggest stepping out onto the balcony to enjoy the beautiful lake view. The cheese curds are a must have along with the burgers which are so moist, pairing well with the crispy fries. After dinner, I suggest taking a stroll down the path, which leads to a beautiful view of the lake. Will definitely be coming back on our next trip this way!

I was charged $16 for a very poorly made Buffalo Trace Old Fashioned!! Ridiculous!!
On the other hand the fish fry was awesome with huge portions and cost $18.

We dined el fresco tonight on the deck and it was very pleasant. The wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone at the table ordered the fish fry of 3 pieces of fish, fries and coleslaw. I was the only one to be able to finish it. The 3 pieces were each a foot long! So much fish!!! But it tasted amazing as well, not greasy but nice and crispy with like a thin breadcrumb batter that had just the right seasoning. Fries were crispy and not greasy either and the coleslaw was nice and creamy. Absolutely phenomenal! 10/10, not one thing I would change. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we will be back again this weekend.

We did not eat this time as we were looking for camping sites but will be back as there food looked amazing and it all smelled so good, the staff was great and look forward to coming back! Nice clean busy place.

We stopped here Friday night and really enjoyed their recent improvements! They expanded the deck, and we were able to enjoy supper out there. The owner stopped at a few tables of regulars to visit. I had a buffalo chicken wrap, and it was DELICIOUS! They had prime rib available and a great menu line-up. We will definitely be back! Side-by-side friendly for the win!
