I ordered 15 bone‑in Louisiana Rub, 5 bone‑in Mango Habanero, and 5 bone‑in Plain. The entire order arrived cold, which was the first red flag.

Second, the Louisiana Rub wings were swimming in oil and sauce. As a returning customer, I know this flavor is supposed to be a dry rub, no oil, no wet sauce, and evenly coated seasoning. Instead, it looked like the chicken was tossed in oil, drenched in sauce, and then sprinkled with Cajun seasoning on top.

When I called to ask about it, the employee and the supervisor both insisted that Louisiana Rub is made with wet sauce, which is simply not true based on every past order I’ve had. Meanwhile, my fries were hot but the chicken was cold, as if it had been sitting out for hours.

To make things worse, I had to repeat my complaint multiple times, and I could hear them laughing in the background. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful, like something out of Mean Girls. Where’s quality control? Where’s the customer service oversight?

Overall, this was a $60 disappointment, and the quality and customer service were unacceptable.

They dumped seasoning over my fries. It was so much that the fries were not edible. The drinks were missing. The bag was sealed and there were no sauces in the bag. I paid for the sauces. I called and an employee who said her name was Shaleah stated, the general manager is the only person that can give refunds but you can come in and get some sauces. This is after the food was delivered late because the driver had an issue with their store and getting the order (I ordered through Wingstop’s site). I asked when Anthony, the general manager, would be there and she said “I don’t know, I’m the line manager and I’m the only person that shows on the schedule. We never know when he will show up.” I asked is there was a procedure to go by when a customer has an issue with their order. She said “I’m sorry, no ma’am”. This general manager can’t put a sticky note beside the phone and say “if someone has a complaint, ask for the person’s name and phone number and say Anthony will call you when he’s in.” It’s simple! You’re stealing money when we pay and do not get the items we pay for.

I normally don’t do bad reviews but I’ve never seen this much oil. There was no attempt to drain any oil after cooking. Both of these trays were supposed to be dry rubs. Gross.

I usually order from this Wingstop location several times a week, always the same order with the same instructions, and I’ve never had an issue when ordering through the app and picking up in-store. Today, however, was completely different.

I picked up my order and when I got home the chicken was nearly raw—undercooked, lacking seasoning, and definitely not well done (which I always select in the app). Naturally, I called the store to express my concerns, but the response from the “manager” was disappointing. I was told, “Oh well, bring it back if you want to.” When I explained I don’t live close by, the response was simply, “Well what do you want me to do?”

As a frequent customer, I expected at least an attempt to make things right. Instead, I was told if I wanted a refund it would have to go through the district manager and would take 3–5 days. For a brand-new location that already has 26 negative reviews, this kind of customer service is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but how management responds makes all the difference.

This Wingstop location seriously needs to improve its customer service and accountability.

Upon using the bathroom I saw a sign on the little trashcan meant for used feminine hygiene products. Its read” not a trash can, take bag with you. There is no other trash can in the restroom nor in the lobby. The only trash can I saw was behind the counter in the kitchen. 2 questions: 1. Do i take my used bloody feminine products home with me?
2. Seeing as there is no other tras can besides the one in the kitchen, what do all your female employees do with their lovely gift bag during their time of the month at work….. surely it doesnt get tossed into the kitchen trash can

My first time at a Wingstop. The restaurant was clean and organized. Aniya was our server, very polite, courteous and professional. She even allowed us to sample some sauces to aid in our menu choices! Although there was a little wait (about 20 minutes), it was well worth it! The wings and fries were freshly cooked and seasoned perfectly! The sweet tea was the best I’ve had in a restaurant, as was the garlic parm sauce on my wings! LOVED eating here, plan to go back soon!!

Wife and I ordered (called in) the 15 piece wing meal (traditional wings)with lemon pepper dry seasoning, fries and a regular size fried corn/w cajun seasoning.
After receiving and checking the order, the corn had no seasoning, I returned to the counter to address that issue and forgot to check the chicken.
Once home and opening the container with chicken, it was over fried with a tasteless white powder on it, definitely not lemon pepper seasoning.
Now I have received good food from this restaurant (Good Middling Rd.) in the past but it seems be when there is someone there who is clearly the manager/supervisor, other than that you can forget it, or at best 50/50 chance the food will be worth what you’re paying for it.

Taj was perfect! We came and spoke about our previous experiences being underwhelming and she was able to rectify our concerns with our recent order. She made sure that our food was cooked to our desire ! Great job and from now on she belongs at the front and support for the kitchen. We will definitely come again and make sure to give her a raise, we’ll deserved.

I called today Dec 12 at 251 pm to order ahead and told them that I will pick up at 315. I didn’t get here til 344 pm. I paid for my orders thinking that my order was ready but unfortunately the food I ordered was not processed and I still have to wait for them to cook my wings. I waited patiently but I noticed that nothing was being done to my order so I had to go the register and ask where my order was and they still cannot figure out what happened. I had to ask how long do I have to wait since the customer service sucks and no one wants to take responsibility and I was told 5 mins. Not going back to this store ever!! So unprofessional!
