Not sure what’s up with some of the reviews lacking meat but mine turned out great as usual. ‍♂️ The fresh bread and greens are always perfect. Here’s my sammie and steak bowl. Angel, Josh and Bella are friendly, polite and personable. I’ll definitely be back and thanks again for a great sub, steak bowl and cheese curds.

Staff were friendly and service fast. Restaurant was clean. The fries were piping hot, and crisp and delicious. I got the philly cheese steak and it had a good amount a steak on it and was nice and cheesy.

Manager is super nice and always knocks it out of the park with sandwich preparation and customer service! I’ve never had an issue. Their $10 meal deal is my usual on my lunch break. Meal deal includes: sandwich, chips, cookie, and drink.
Thanks for taking your time to care. Its hard to find these days.

We tried Cousin’s for the 1st time the other day. We both liked the taste of our food. We both felt the portions are really small, especially if you compare apples to apples with their competitors. I knew when grabbing the bag.
It was okay. Nothing like WOW! Just, okay. Good IG.
I got a 15in Italian on white roll and he got a beef and cheddar bowl. (Aka, a chef salad in many places) He said his was was mostly lettuce. Very light on the meat and cheese which was all bunched up in the corner.
Mine was a little on the salty side but, overall, tasted decent. I had hoped to split it up into two sittings but, ate the whole thing and still felt like I wished I had gotten a side or something.
I don’t think we will be back, especially with the amount of sub shops there are in a small area competing for the business.
As for service, they were friendly and quick. The person didn’t know how to answer a question about the menu but he asked the manager quickly. They have a small, but clean- new dining area.
I just recommend not skipping the carb filled sides if you’re hungry!
I wanted to edit after talking with the Mr.
He wanted me to add that this is a NEW store, but at the entrance, there is a sign saying under new management.
My other thought is, be sure to get a coupon out of local mailers! If you get a deal that way, the price will make the portions size comparable. For the very best price, be sure to order ONLINE!
I never intend to be unfair. I write what I would want to know about a place.
Best wishes with your new store!

I was very excited to try it and was so disappointed! $50 for me, my husband and son. I didn’t get a drink, and my sandwich was so bare! The meat seemed almost slimy like the stuff you get in the lunchmeat section at Walmart. The overall length of the sub wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t pay that much for it again… fries tasted good, but the pop machine was also out of most of the drinks.

Seriously save your money. I can get more meat on a $3 burrito from Taco Bell than I did on a $10 sandwich. I ordered a cheesesteak. It’s supposed to be a hot sandwich. You’re supposed to put the onions on to be cooked with the meat. That’s what gives it flavor not pile all kinds of frozen onions and frozen lettuce so the sandwich is cold by the time you eat it. I slid what was on the sandwich over to make it look like a normal sandwich, I used a third of the bread. I went there because they put out coupons. That’s a joke too. You have to spend $10 to use any coupon but then they price their sandwiches $9.79. You really have to spend $15 to save a dollar with the coupon. So I use a coupon to get free french fries. The french fries were barely cooked. They weren’t even slightly browned. They were completely white. I used the drive-thru, when I got up to the window they come and hold the bag out the window and asked, “did you pay already?” I should have said yep and grabbed the bag and left but I’m honest. Next time I want red meat on a sandwich I’ll go to Arby’s

Ordered 2 subs through the drive thru. The Italian was bland and barely had any meat. The Wisconsin cheese steak was actually pretty tasty but was so skinny, I’ve never seen sub bread that small before. I went inside to get a shake as well and they tried to give me a small when I ordered a regular. I don’t know why you would bother coming here when literally every other sub place exists. What a waste of money.

First time trying Cousins Subs and it was pretty underwhelming overall. When we walked in, the staff was sitting in a booth on their phones, which didn’t leave a great first impression. The food itself was fine, but nothing memorable. With so many good sandwich options nearby, I’d recommend checking out one of those instead.

Hey, it’s the pickle guy here!
I just had to drop a review for Cousins Subs because they really hit the spot. The subs are fresh, packed with flavor, and the bread has that perfect balance of soft inside with a little crunch on the outside. Their toppings are always crisp, and you can tell they don’t cut corners on quality.

What I really appreciate is the consistency—every visit feels like they care about getting it right. And of course, as “the pickle guy,” I’ve got to say their pickles are on point! They add that extra tangy crunch that makes the whole sandwich experience complete.

If you’re craving a sub that’s a step above the usual, Cousins Subs is definitely the move.

I would rather spend $70 at a steakhouse… Avoid going here after 7:30p unless you enjoy finding out that your desired option has “run out”. Decided to get one order of “large fries”, received ~1/2 of a regular size; guess they stopped making these as well, but neglected to offer any chips as a substitute. This was our second visit, and I am not seeing the “value” here. The real kicker was finding the order wrong after coming home.
