This locations needs some serious work. The food quality is very poor. The fries are overcooked and hard every time. The service and atmosphere are below average. The store manager, Gina, needs to be replaced immediately. Her attitude towards customers and team members is very poor. She is the reason this location will be a failure. Whoever put her in leadership needs to reevaluate and reevaluate soon. The bathrooom is atrocious.

Always makes you park even for a coffee and forgets about you sitting out there because they’re pulling too many people in bays rather than just serving people. They definitely are cheating a time quota. All of those people need to be retrained including the managers.

I went one day and literally waited every bit of 30 minutes for my food. I decided to go back another night, my fries was fresh and hot my chicken sandwich was dark and rubbery. I called to speak to the manager Sharon and was told she would give me another sandwich which I didn’t want was then told to return it at almost 10pm. When I get there I ask her why does this chicken look like this she had the audacity to say “oh because the grease needs to be changed “ . I said oh really you know the grease needs to be changed and still serving this to customers. She didn’t apologize not one time and didn’t seem to care. So we walk to register and she tells me to swipe my card, I see a refund for $4 and something so I said no I want all of my money back you’re not going to just refund me for a sandwich and I had to leave back out the comfort of my home to return a meal that should’ve be right the first time!!! She proceeded to tell me what she couldn’t do. I sad Sharon put all of my money back on my card and I will be contacting corporate in the morning. I did receive a complete refund. She lacked empathy, and obviously doesn’t care what’s being served to customers anytime you have the nerve to say oh because the grease needs to be changed. Well how about change it and get some training in customer skills. I will never return there again. I did send a complaint to customer service the same night and I’m still waiting on a response.

Went to get breakfast. Got a coffee with my combo. Can home Took two sips of Coffee . The second one I had a bunch of coffee grounds in my mouth. Pour out the coffee this what I got . Looks like half of it was filled with Coffee grounds.

Extremely rude employee refused togive me a receipt for my mobile order and claimed they never do so. Except they did the ,evening before and i still had ,that ,receipt on me. Moreover, while being told “u got a phone”, as if that replaces my need for a hard copy for my records. After the rude and unhelpful exchange, i left in a terrible mood and only then realized not only did she refuse to give me my receipt, i was missing items from my order. Besides the terrible, sometimes 30 minute wait at this locations drive-thru, this exchange has decided me to never use this previously convenient and well run mcdonalds. What little staff they have are both rude and dont know how to do their jobs. Its a shame. It wont let me post the videos i have of the staff laughing, insulting, and directly and purposefully messing up my food in this forum. But that pic is the end result of a dpecial order (aka more money) that the manager saw n shrugged at after 33 minutes.

Very Bad experience the Manager is very rude and is a very bad listener. When called for a verification of a previous employe she did not cooperate and straight away disconnected the call that shows that she can never be reliable for her employees. Hope u change the Manager or teach her some patience.

Worst Manager/ Worker combo I’ve seen yet. Burger King up the road got better quality, and they should’ve been shut down years ago. Take the extra 5 mins and go to the other McDonald’s unless you want old buns and Ketchup on the outside. Needs a new team 100%. There going to hurt someone’s family with the lack of care/ integrity they provide.
