Love it here!! Smoothie great, love having conversations with the ladies on the weekend at night!! They always make my smoothies great and it’s usually just two of them it’s always good when I get it from them my favorite food is that chipotle flatbread with the Bahama mama always good the ladies in the morning on weekdays are doing it good too!!! Always a pleasure 🙂 love that they’re open till 11 it’s nice to have better alternatives when I get off work !!!! And I highly recommend the jalapeño corn side

We were so excited to order the new BBQ slider, it looked so good. It was a horrible disappointment. Even for a slider it was incredibly small. The picture online showed a sandwich packed with meat, slaw and other options. As seen in my photos there is barely a smear of meat on the bun. $5 for a stale bun with almost no meat on it is ridiculous. We will never order this again and will think twice before ordering Tropical Smoothie again.

Every time I go on the weekends, and I have been regularly going on the weekdays so I can tell the difference. The weekend staff makes the smoothies gross and watery with an attitude as well! I order the same exact smoothie each time and every weekend it turns out to be the worst. I mean the solution is to NO longer come to this location on weekends! These smoothies are too expensive to be watered down and not made right! I’ve given several chances to see if it was just a bad batch but it’s consistently watery and doesn’t taste like it normally does with the weekday staff!

Has a great tropical vibe in music, colors, and artwork. Plenty of good hot and cold eats on the menu and seating. We love going for a smoothie, salad, or açaí bowl after working up a sweat at hot yoga. They used to have a caribbean jerk chicken salad, but no more now they have the wrap which has some heat and so good! Oh and don’t forget some Miss Vickie’s chips and a fresh baked cookie to hit the road. Love that this chain is available in any town or if we travel out of state.

First time at this location. Ordered ahead and asked for no rice. When I got home & was ready to eat, the wrap had rice. Worst, it was drenched in jerky sauce and extremely spicy. Had to throw it out. Highly disappointed. When I picked up my order, it looked that the employees were high school students. It’s unfortunate that they don’t value customer service, take pride in their work, or correctly read the orders. Last time I visit this location.
