I’ve been in the area of this Starbucks quite frequently lately now that I’ve started treatment at Align Healing Center. It’s an easy place to stop for coffee as long as you don’t mistakenly show up right as school gets out for the day. Then it’s a madhouse. Otherwise, it’s a clean and nice place and the music seems better than normal. They played Planet Earth the last time I was there and that’s a win for me.
The parking lot is always busy and I love being able to drop into our Compass office though I usually just go to my own Compass office in Walnut Creek.

I had a quick, short visit here. Nice neighborhood and all in a shopping area. My drink was excellent and the employees were friendly. I appreciated how one employee was training another employee on how to do things properly. I liked the high tables and chairs. There was a classy look about it. This has been the first place in a long time that I noticed isn’t set up to accommodate people working on laptops. It was refreshing.

One of 6 Starbucks in Danville. This one is right across the street from San Ramon Valley High. Be prepared to be with surrounded by teens after school during the year.

Staff is friendly and attentive. Happy to take and deliver custom coffee offers with a smile.

Place could be a little cleaner, but this is a high foot traffic location from the school and being in Danville Square (across the parking lot from TJs) with the surround neighborhood it also serves. Hence, one less star.

Sells and serves all the usual things found at a Starbucks — coffee and frappuccinos, teas pastries, prepared foods – sandwiches, canned drinks, Starbucks merchandise and coffee beans, etc.

Plenty of seating (tables, comfy leather chairs) indoors and outdoors with big umbrellas to help block out the Danville sun. Free wifi. Has an area to pick up mobile phone orders.

Pleasantly surprised to see 2 unisex / ADA restrooms. So there is never a line for a particular gender. Only con – no diaper changing table in either unisex restroom. = (

Parking, including handicapped parking can be found within the Danville Square parking lot. It also be tough to find a parking space throughout the week depending during the hour of day.

8/30/2019 Update: During the school year, it can get crowded and very loud once SRVHS lets out – the students walk over and start ordering!

I would like to share my recent experience at your location on Saturday, July 19th, which I hope can help improve customer service moving forward.

I placed a mobile order for a simple hot tea, expecting a quick and smooth pickup as I was on my way to work. However, upon arrival, I was met with resistance from an employee named Sean, who identified himself as the supervisor. When I asked about the status of my order, he told me I would need to wait and mentioned there were several orders ahead of mine. I explained that I had ordered ahead online specifically to avoid delays and that it was a simple item.

Instead of offering support, he suggested I cancel and request a refund, which would have taken even more time. When I expressed my frustration, he repeated that it “did not make sense” and declined to provide the manager’s contact information when I asked for it. I mentioned that I knew Money, one of the district managers, but he ignored the comment and walked away.

What was most disappointing is that when I returned to the store later that evening around 6:00 p.m., I overheard him speaking about me in an unprofessional manner near the training group. I chose not to escalate the situation further in person and decided to write instead.

As someone who values Starbucks and frequently visits your stores, I was surprised by the lack of courtesy and professionalism from someone in a leadership role. I truly believe individuals in customer-facing positions should be held to a higher standard of respect and service.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and appropriate action is considered. Thank you for your time and for looking into this matter.

Service was great! The barista was so nice and helped me with the starbucks app. This location is right next to the high school making it very confident for students and parents. They have a clean inside and outside dining area. I got the blended green tea matcha latte and the total was $4.72. It was a little watery but I think it would be better not blended.

Recently visited this place and had an absolutely delightful experience. The smiling and friendly employees created a welcoming atmosphere. The store was impeccably clean, and I particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating arrangements. The quality of the coffee and the overall ambiance make this place good

This Starbucks is an amazing place to drink your beverage, relax, and get your work done. But, if you come here from 2:30- 4:30 on any given work week day, from the months of August to June. Get ready for the loudest, longest, and youngest lines of Starbucks history! AKA, Srvhs has released their bored rich kids who are ravenous for coffee in the afternoon. If you go during these times, settle for the one in downtown, less kids go there. I can respect the hustle though, corporate is making bank off these kids.

This location is severely understaffed. Mobile order wait times are 2-3x longer than indicated in the app, even at slow times. Starbucks should close this location until it can resolve employee and staffing issues that seem to be plaguing the company. They shouldn’t burden customers with inaccurate wait times and long lines, especially at these prices.
