This is absurd. It’s crazy how the store is supposed to close at 10:00 PM. I get there 10 minutes before closing and they decide to lock me out I came to get some pizza for my son’s birthday on my way home from work and instead of acknowledging me, they act like I was a ghost if you guys were going to close at 9:50 why don’t you put your closing time at 9:50 PM online it says closes at 10 PM on the door. It says closes at 10 PM so if I’m there before 10 PM why am I not being served and all I wanted was to get some pizza for my son’s birthday. I’ve added the pictures with the time stamp

Cancel’s orders without letting you know. Made an order online. Sat in the parking lot waiting for it to finish cooking. Once I showed up inside, then I was told to order was canceled. 45 minute waste of time because they can’t seem to let you know that your order is canceled, even though they have your information.

What a joke this place is. Went in to grab a pizza , girl working was wearing headphones, no shoes, only socks, was video chatting some guy and dancing for him instead of cleaning this place or waiting on customers. She was to worried about her dance moves than her customer service . Let’s see how mgmt handles this

Got a large pepperoni pizza. I think the Door Dash driver got lost because she arrived about 15 minutes late. The pizza was no longer hot. Once reheated, the pizza was very good.

I bought a deep dish pizza and it was totally raw, I had to put it back in the oven for 20 minutes and still a little raw. Please to the manager, be aware that it does not happen again.

Everyone I went I had terrible experience either with the food quality or with there customer service. If I can give this location 0 stars I would’ve. I would recommend to go to another location instead of this location.
