My Sandwich was completely burnt, tried to call numerous times no one ever answered the phone. The nerve of this Dunkin’ doughnuts to try and request a tip before cashing out your order in the drive thru line. I have been a Dunkin girl my entire life but this location has consistently messed up my order’s. I want my food replaced !

I’m usually a big advocate for Dunkin, but my experience at the Dunkin’ location was disappointing. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant with a caramel iced coffee. When I got to the window, I could tell the coffee wasn’t right, and my concern was brushed off.
To make matters worse, my order was incorrect—I received a bagel instead of a croissant. I don’t eat bagels and was very clear with my order. I ended up paying close to $10 and couldn’t even enjoy my breakfast. In today’s economy, that matters.
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location. I hope they improve order accuracy and customer service.

I ordered the ultimate bacon jam croissant, it blessed my entire soul. The croissant was buttery, soft with a slight crunch. The egg was perfect with the good cheese and that bacon jam was the star of the show. My iced espresso with oatmilk was delicious too. Customer service was Good and the young lady that gave my order was super polite

I went yesterday during the 14 day get a free medium drink with purchase and the donut (didn’t have want I ordered but the substitute was good) and drink (brown sugar cookie oat iced chai latte – sugar cookie flavor strong) were tasty! Went back today to try the iced pumpkin spice latte and the flavor is off. Don’t know if it’s too much or too little pumpkin. The grilled cheese I got is pitiful. The bread is slightly burnt, there is only ONE slice of cheese and the bacon looks like an afterthought. The saving grace was the sour cream donut. Do better please.
