The food is wonderful & the service is even BETTER!!!! I ordered the BBQ Cuban with no bread a few moments ago and look at this gorgeous bowl they made for me! They really took time to make it super pretty. It made my whole day. And everyone was incredibly kind. I also had my bread put on the side (my hubby loves their bread!) and they even cut it. Just so happy. Thank you everyone there… we will be back!

My order was correct. I’m always concerned that ANY food I ordered, would not be what I ordered. I have problems with certain foods, so my orders are specific. Job vwell done! My sub was delicious and very flavorful. Restaurant was clean and the surroundings were pleasant. Workers were professional, kind and attentive. Also I LOVE the bread! Soft and flavorful. The amount of bread does not overwhelm the sub. Price is on par but the bread tastes better than other sub shops.

She greets everyone with a smile when they come in, she is an expert at walking customers through the ordering process, and she always remembers my name and order. Even if she isn’t the one who assisted me at the register she still makes sure to acknowledge me which makes me feel scene and valued. The food here is always amazing, consistent and hot.

We were a little leary to try Firehouse subs due to the many sub shops in the Altoona area that was truly dissapointing to say the least. Firehouse Subs was excellent. So fresh and flavorful. It was our 1st time and we cant wait to to back. Service was fast and friendly. Place was very clean. A+.

Firehouse Brisket and Cheddar also bought the Firehouse Hero. Both were extremely good! I bought my son the kids meal that comes with a firefighters plastic hat, he was so excited.
The subs were exceptional! Oh my gosh, soooo good. We will be buying subs from here from now on. Plus some of the money goes back into the firefighting community.

Ordered online 2 subs and when we went to pick it up the kid working was asking his boss if he could go home early…should’ve known the service would be crap because the whole order was wrong. When we opened the subs up they were sloppy, soggy and weren’t even made right. The kid was so worried about leaving that he didn’t pay attention to detail. I guess they though a medium drink would pacify us after the fact. I called and complained, did NOT want anything from them. Keep our money and buy some initiative to do your job better. Kids these days don’t take pride in their work yet want $15/hour to do the bare minimum..don’t go here. Over priced for toddler service!
