Out go-to spot for great food and drinks. Bar seating service can sometimes be hit or miss but table service is always excellent! Saw they added Mezcalitas to the menu which was a nice surprise–Loved the Tamarindo. Tried the Shrimp Poblano for the first time and it was delicious!! Great variety in the menu. Glad to have this place in our rotation.

This is a good place for tacos! If you have dog, then it’s even better. They have a super nice patio that’s all closed in but it has windows that open. My dogs and I enjoyed the mini-tacos (Al pastor and carnitas mmmmm) while the breeze fluttered by and we watched the Padres-Dodgers game on TV. It was filling. The service was delightful. And the temperature just right.

Had lunch here—really nice taco spot with a comfortable sit-down setting. The decor is fun and inviting, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We ordered the California burrito and the three taco plate—both were flavorful and well-prepared. Chips and salsa came complimentary, which was a nice touch. Prices were very reasonable. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the Poway area!

@tacostequilacantina serves one of the best and delicious mexican food in @cityofpoway. i’m impressed with the big portions and the generosity of their dishes.
The friendly vibe was all around from the restaurant team members to the customers themselves too. they have plenty of seating inside and outside in their beautifully patio.

Not sure what took me so long to visit this place lol It’s a hidden gem in Poway. The restaurant is clean, modern and spacious. It has both indoor and outdoor dining area.
We came for lunch so it wasn’t too crowded at all. The dishes are huge portions. The lunch menu price is reasonable. I really liked their carne asada. The service was great. There’s plenty of parking available. I’ll definitely go back.

We’ve visited T&T maybe four times for dinner and only sat in the bar area. The service is friendly and the bar is long and roomy. There is a nice large booth in the bar area, I think it would be fun to sit there with a handful of friends. They have a cozy restaurant area and a larger, fun community room. Ive seen it reserved a few times for parties. If you want yummy food and friendly service then try Tacos & Tequila.

Our Scripps Ranch dining adventure was a resounding success, thanks to Marissa’s exceptional service and the restaurant’s elevated cuisine. My husband devoured his taco and enchilada plate, with the exception of the dry beans. I relished the Taco Camaron Enchilada and found the Blackened Fish Taco to be merely okay. The shrimp taco’s crispy shell and melted cheese was a culinary high point. While my husband’s Cadillac Margarita was a triumph, my Cucumber Jalapeño Margarita was too spicy to enjoy, but Marissa’s prompt offer to replace it salvaged the situation.
