I’ve eaten at the subway a good handful of times since I work in the area. The staff has always been super friendly, and even today I got a call about a substitution, and the guy, Toby (I think his name was) was super polite and professional. Whenever I go in, I am greeted, and welcomed. Definitely going back again.

Every time I come in here it’s always the same guys and I always get the face of “Why Are You Here?” I try to give good rating but I do not appreciate that I don’t get acknowledgment no smile always sitting down or nothing when me and my Husband come in and they seem to always be on their phones even when coming up to assist us and it make me wonder whatever happened to work company policies? Unfortunately my son Caught e-coli / food poisoning yesterday from the Meatball sub here at this subway we were visiting from cedar point and thought this subway would be a great meal on our way back home to Michigan…poor Son Was Sick all night vomiting right after he ate at this subway.

Subs were hard and old and all the drinks in the fridge were frozen solid. The employee that worked there had an bad attitude, rude and on her phone when I respectfully asked her for my money back. She gave me back 2 fake dollar bills and some change. Definitely do not recommend this Subway location in Sandusky, Ohio.

Not only is the food great Toby gave the best customer service!! Stopped by at lunch the line was crazy long, he was working alone, not only did he get everyone’s order made quickly he did it with a great attitude and no complaints. Always nice to see employees taking pride in their work…. This man deserves a raise for the way he was working today.
