We love 7 Brew! Brockport location always goes pretty quick, they’re friendly and it’s helpful that their system remembers your regular drinks. I’ve tried a variety of drinks and they are all really good! I like the blondie, the banana bread mocha, and adding raspberry flavor to everything I get haha. We also get their smoothies and they are good too! Shoutout to Della for being great!

Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful through the line and process of getting my drink. They promised if my drink was too watered down or didn’t taste the way I thought I could pull back and they would re-make it. Della was incredibly friendly and made my morning so much brighter and helped it start off with a happy and positive vibe. I come to this 7 Brew pretty consistently and have never had a bad experience or negative experience with an employee. All around 10/10 I love coming here for more then just the drinks but the positive attitudes and great service from everyone involved.

Love this trend of coffee shops offering other custom drink options. Great vibes, friendly and helpful staff, and quick service through the double drive through. Had a watermelon lime 7 Fizz which was delicious and Will be back to try more.

Don’t ask for light ice because they will literally give you extra. I came home and strained it because it also had a lot of pulp and this is what I was left with? If light ice is too hard, at least make it the normal way. This has happened to me several times before but this time is definitely the worst.

Great customer service, great drinks, friendly environment. I ordered a pumping spice blondie with a muffin top. Had a short convo with all the people. The environment I saw everyone inside working and how they talked to every single customer was great to see. We need more of this energy! Yall are my favorite coffee shop in all Western NY!

Not a great experience. Difficult to order anything as there is no menu sign at the drive thru. I had to look up their menu online when the employee came up to my car to take my order. The cashier was not friendly at all. My husband and I both ordered hot lattes, which were barely warm. This has happened to us on two occasions now. The lattes are overly sweet, so I have to ask for mine half-sweet. The hot lattes are also very watery- you can barely taste any coffee. As someone else said- you are basically drinking a super sweet, watered down latte. We were definitely expecting a lot higher quality for the price.

I asked for light ice and over half the cup was filled with ice in my drink. Pretty disappointing especially paying over seven bucks for a coffee. You can barely taste any coffee and it’s just a lot of syrup. This is the ice that was left over from my drink. This is definitely not light ice as I asked.

I love going to his 7 Brew, particularly because they are always so sweet to my dog. She loves attention and they know her by name! She gets so much love and treats too 🙂 my drinks are always right and if they aren’t for some reason they remake them so fast. I love coming to the Brockport location! And so does Tillie
