What a fun surprise! I stopped into Cedar Creek Nutrition before pickleball and didn’t expect to walk into a full fall photo op — the decor is adorable!
The staff was so friendly and patient while I tried to decide (it’s hard — everything looks good). I went with the Bonfire and added hydration since we were heading to the courts. It hit the spot. Next time I’m definitely trying the protein coffee.

I’ve been coming here since the doors first opened, and this place has always been one of my favorite stops. The teas and shakes are not only delicious, but they’ve also become a little treat I look forward to. I’ll truly miss the last two owners who always made it feel welcoming, but I have to say I already adore the new ones. Their kindness and energy make me excited to keep coming back. This shop has been a part of my routine for years, and it still feels just as special every time I walk in.

The lady was so sweet and patient with me. (My first time) She took her time explaining the different drinks to me and the products she uses. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake shake after a workout and got a refreshing tea, BOTH were so delicious. The shake makes me feel good, it replaced my breakfast without feeling bloated and the tea makes me feel more energized and hydrated. I will Definitely be going back and recommending friends!
