Excellent experience!! Excellent service! The owner has an exceptional personality, kind friendly, and helpful. Thank you for the help with water for my son’s old classic jeep on our travel trip across the country. We’ve stopped at heaps of places on our cross country trip and this is a place to remember if you are looking for burgers, hot dogs, pizza or fries and a sweet atmosphere and even sweeter servers. The shakes were awesome and hit the spot on a hot day!

Its Hit or miss if they get your order right… things happen but a reputable business will make it right.. but not the reeves snack shack….IF YOU complain they call the police…. i called to complain… so the owner barred me from the business
they got my order wrong.. and charged me $30 . THEY DID NOT RETURN MY MONEY

in response to your comment . the only liar here is you, i have posted good and bad about your business because it is hit or miss that you prepare the order as requested I have cats & dogs the cheese burger you gave me feed who ever grab it.
You think im mean because i call you out on the poor services and poor quality of food. you inability to fill an simple order . it has happened 4 different time… how dumb do you have to be to not know the different ,,,from a hamburger and an cheeseburger? i ask for a hamburger and you put cheese on it,,, that is a cheeseburger not an hamburger…the photo is the cheese i was trying to scrape off so i could try to eat it. your so called prove is and could be any order you were preparing … not the one i received.. I called and it was your employee that were arguing with me… instead of fixing the mistake your business made… i even tried to slice off the top so i could have at least half a meal.. you have the worst customer service. and you have never made the order correct .. some mistake are fixable like no onion or no condiment.. im not the only one but Im not intimidated either by your comments… Im not will to spend money on poor quality and wrong orders. there are many other better places within a few miles. your attitude and disrespectful treatment of customer is proven.. you keep thinking you are doing good business… your behavior proves your not ,,, I STAND BY MY COMMENT AND IF PEOPLE WANT TO THROW AWAY THIER MONEY ON BAD FOOD THIER RIGHT .

The sign said “Best Burger in Town!” And that is 100% on point! Extra large burger that had a real meat patty! Fully dressed with fries and a drink. Topped off with warm peach cobbler! We will return!

The best food and the best service. Have eaten there probably 100 times and have never had one complaint. The prices are 100% great for getting the service and and quality of food you get here. 99% of fast food places are more expensive. We love everything on their menu!

First time, but I can’t say ENOUGH about their Fire bird (?) Chicken sandwich! I’ve eaten at a LOT of restaurants, across the Country, and I believe this was my all-time favorite chicken sandwich! So much flavor, and just the right amount of juiciness. Loved that it came on a jalapeño bun! It’s kind of a hole-in-wall type of place, and I like that. I’ll definitely be going back! (OH, and they have a HUGE menu to choose from!)
