The perfect place for a quick & peaceful healthy lunch. I got the Hungry Hungry Hipster: kale, a sprinkling of quinoa, cheese, drizzled with a sweet vinaigrette, with the sweetness of apples, dried figs & cranberries. I added chicken, which was a WEE BIT overcooked yet still flavorful. The service was fast & friendly, and the vibe pretty chill. I even got to “people watch” with a comfy seat at the window. I’ll be back soon!

What an excellent place for lunch in downtown buffalo. I had what was hands down the best bowl of lentil soup I’ve ever had. The salad I paired with it was excellent as well. And, the service was top notch and very friendly. I will be making this a regular weekly lunch stop.

We love this little downtown lunch place! The food is fresh and delicious, everything we have eaten is great!! My kid LOVES their soups. Today we had clam chowder and this homey rich potato cheddar. The salads are crisp and fresh, and the portions: you will leave full with leftovers!! Absolutely worth visiting, and the owners are amazing. So friendly and hard working. Do not miss!

Had a great catering experience. Melissa customized the menu to exactly what we wanted. Everyone loved the different sandwiches and salads. We had requests for gluten and dairy allergies, which were handled without a problem. The peanut butter cookies are delicious! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for an easy option for food at parties and get-togethers.

This is my favorite place to eat downtown. Nicest people in the world inside and the best soup I’ve ever had I think…the cheddar broccoli or the cheddar cauliflower is so darn good. Fav sandwich is the Malibu Barbie.
They buy the very best ingredients and everything is so fresh and tasty. I can’t say enough good things about this place except that I’m so glad they survived 2020/21.
