I’ve frequented this Rita’s several times. For the most part, I’ve had a positive experience. However, this most recent time (8/6/23, around 3:30pm), I ordered a mango misto and found a disgusting, moldy green object in my beverage. I don’t know if it’s something that was growing on the misto maker, or it came from somewhere else, but I’ve ordered and consumed enough mistos to know this is not normal. Crazy how one poor experience can overwrite a handful of positive experiences, but I will no longer be going to this Rita’s.

I recently visited a Rita’s location that was an utter disappointment and, frankly, a disservice to the brand’s reputation. From start to finish, my experience was frustrating and unpleasant, and it’s clear that this location falls far short of the standards I’ve come to expect from Rita’s.
First and foremost, the staff here were astonishingly unprofessional. When I arrived at the window to place my order, they exhibited a shocking lack of courtesy and efficiency. Their attitude was dismissive, and they seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than providing decent service. It was apparent that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.
To make matters worse, I was subjected to an incredibly rude and uncalled-for comment about my attire. I was wearing pajamas, which I admit might not be the most conventional choice for an outing, but it was hardly anyone’s business. Instead of focusing on my order, one of the employees felt it was appropriate to mock my outfit, which was both unprofessional and deeply disrespectful. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and does nothing but degrade the customer experience.
Overall, this Rita’s location is a far cry from the quality and service I associate with the brand. The combination of poor service, a lack of professionalism, and unnecessary insults made for a thoroughly disappointing visit. I won’t be returning to this location and strongly recommend others to seek out a different Rita’s if they want to avoid a similarly disheartening experience.

This is probably the 10th time I’ve come to this ice cream shop. The ice cream is great. that’s not the problem. The issue is the same employee who always attends us. He’s consistently rude and seems upset every time we go.
At first, I gave him the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe he was having a bad day. But after 10 visits, it’s clear this is just how he treats people. This time, he was even unpleasant toward my son, and my husband had to talk to me about it afterward because it really bothered us.
We love coming here as a family, but the negative attitude is starting to ruin the experience. I hope the management pays attention. good service matters just as much as good ice cream.

I love Ritas, My family and I really look forward to their opening every year. This is the closest location to us. Sadly this location seems to never change their flavors, always the same. What we usually love about ritas is the flavors. Additionally, their customer service is not the best specially from the owner which I can be wrong but he is usually always there. Sometimes the seasonal workers are nicer. During a past visit I was also questioned the validity of my dog’s existence which were in the car and I even said I could pay for the portion. It’s truly a disappointment because we love Rita’s but this branch is not the friendliest. I hope change is on the way!

I find the owner to very rude. The portions on the custard and very small and inconsistent. The pic is of a large. I would suggest going to Carmen’s or another Rita’s location – I can get double that size at Carmen’s with a great custard consistency and taste. The other local locations have more appropriate portion sizes for what you pay. I have tried this location over 5x’s as it is closest to our home but I am always disappointed.

Rita’s has been around and at many different locations but this location aren’t the friendliest of all other locations we’ve been to. Customers service is none existent, not a word to your customer is fine, but having a crappy rude face to someone with children… hmm make you think twice on coming back ever.

The team at this location was extremely helpful, communicative, and easy to work with for a corporate catering order. They talked through options to ensure our event was a success and most importantly, that Italian Ice was easy to serve and didn’t melt if left out for some time. Will be working with them again in the future.
