Food was delicious and great friendly service. We got a cheesesteak and wings and fries. Cheesesteak had lots of meat and great flavor. Wings were crispy yet juicy on the inside and cooked perfectly. I’ll definitely be back.

Good little spot for a good priced meal. Have only tried the breakfast part of the menu and haven’t been disappointed. Would recommend the Yawn Dog w/ fried egg. Recommend calling in your order beforehand.

Delicious! The food was absolutely delicious. We have a large family, so we purchased 3 different types of meats, 3 different starches, the vegetable and cornbread was also delicious! The owner and his wife was so cordial and hospitable. We can’t say enough good about this place and we will become regular customers! Thank you for a tasty, affordable dinner! God bless and we look forward to seeing you all again. Also, the store has an old-fashioned charm, a nice throw back, sweet memories of mine and my husband’s childhood.

Just want to say that I absolutely love this place again! Since Dip and his family took over the place, it finally feels like it used to 30 years ago. You get a warm welcome and the food is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend if you like a little spice in your life to try the jerk chicken cheesesteak! My mouth is watering thinking about it as I’m writing this review! So glad we live so close and we get to frequent this place as often as we like. I hope these owners are here to stay!

Absolutely AWESOME! Finally, a deli that does not disappoint! Got a sweet Italian Hoagie and it was delicious! Chock full, not the mainly bread subs most places serve nowadays! Price was excellent as was the rice pudding. We will be frequenting them often!

Laid back country deli with local post office and small grocery convenience items. Nice menu, super friendly cook and cashier out front. Took awhile to get a sub sandwich so I recommend you call ahead. I got an Apple Crunch Pie the owner’s mother bakes. It was DELISH !!!! Chicken cheese steak and potato salad were also good. I’ll stop in next time I’m in the area.

The staff is always very friendly and I have never had a problem here. Ever. Great customer service and great tasting food everytime. With basically no wait on anything you order. Specials every week to give you something to look forward to and original food combos that are unique and can’t be found anywhere else. 10/10 cheesesteak

Met the new owner and commented how clean and orderly the shop is now. Ordered a breakfast sandwich that was delicious. Very sad to hear that the post office within the shop will no longer have an attendant as this was a great place to buy stamps and ship packages in a friendly down home manner.

Sad to see the store get new ownership, I liked the employees who owned it since the 90’s and I got to know them well. I guess everything has to change some time or another. I’ll stop in to try or see their products and what changes they made. Since the mail place is closed for good I’m wondering if they could renovate and make a little area for customers to dine in to bring more revenue.

The best cheesesteaks and hoagie sandwiches in DE… The rolls taste like authentic Philly rolls. The store is clean and staff are polite. Always had a very good exp’ not to mention the conveniently located Post Office inside. Perfect right?
