This is a brand new location and they may still be getting their footing, but here’s my candid review on my first experience with this new neighborhood pizza chain. I ordered online and that process of course was simple enough, but when I went to pick it up, they had some teenager working the front desk and he was not properly trained . For it to be a busy Saturday night they should’ve had a more experienced adult working at this location, particularly given the economic situation that seems like something they should’ve been easy to accomplish. Employees in the back we’re not wearing gloves while l preparing the food and because the cashier was poorly trained a long line formed because he couldn’t properly manage customers and check people out quickly. When I finally did get to pick up my pizza, which is already been ordered online I saw that the box have been sat there sloppily with half of it open and heat escaping when I asked him why the box was open. He didn’t even try to give an explanation. The food itself was fabulous, but I think they really need to work on the logistical issues and training of employees for me to feel comfortable returning.

Excellent experience the two times I’ve gone. The pizza is absolutely delicious . You can tell the ingredients are high quality, and the crust is perfectly baked. The service is quick and the atmosphere is always welcoming. The owners, Mr. Ryan and his wife, are great people , very friendly and you can tell they truly care about their customers and the community. Easily one of the best pizza spots around. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Marco’s Pizza! The food was absolutely delicious,fresh, hot, and full of flavor. You can really tell they take pride in the quality of what they serve. The customer service was just as great as the food. The owners, Ryan and Xena, are incredibly kind and welcoming, and they make you feel appreciated as a customer.
