I used to go here frequently but in the past year they are never open and never answer the phone. I’ve called drove there many times. How do run a restaurant or teach future st responsibility if you dont open nor answer a call back when someone leaves a message you say to leave or how about this… LEAVE A NOTE ON YOUR DOOR TO LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW YES YOU WILL BE OPEN ON A SPECIFIC DATE! Your not teaching kids responsibility at all. I’ve pretty much given up. I dont even bother telling people how good your food was anymore because your NEVER OPEN!!!!!

Fries were so inconsistent. Some were cooked OK the rest were dried to various degrees. Meat in burgers were past well done, and they never asked how we’d like them cooked. The flavor probably would have been OK otherwise. Whoever was there did not seem to care at all. Also, I forgot the cheese on 1 burger. The wait was so long.

Came here for a quick lunch, and wasn’t disappointed. Food was pretty good. Decent sized amounts for the price too. Paid 6.81 for a Santa Fe burger and fries. And a bottled Pepsi. Burger was good. Well put together and with fresh ingredients. Had just the right amount of kick. Fries were hot and fresh. Student staff was quick and attentive. I really enjoyed my time here. And the restaurant is run by culinary students who attend the Evit campus next door. It’s a really great experience for the students to see how everything really works in a real restaurant kitchen.

I visited the Bistro 13 at 9 am. They were very friendly greeted us at the door. Excellent service and we could see they are trying to do the best. Very good prices. Please note that it’s a student- run restaurant. They worked like professionals. Fresh, fresh, FRESH food!!! Good flavor, well seasoned. Exactly how I ordered. The place very clean. Huge parking lot. Didn’t try the coffee then I must return for it.

Portion sizes will not disappoint! Prices are good also. 22 dollars got me & my wife a meal, but it turns out we could share one meal given the portion sizes. Highly recommend

If you want to support local students working hard to obtain their goals, this is the place to go. The food was amazi g, the service was great, and I was impressed at how well this restaurant was ran by high school students! Please go check it out. I promise they won’t dissapoint! Next time I’m in this part of the valley, I’m going for sure! I had a burger and it was delicious! Can’t wait to go back and try more!

WOW!!! I wish I took pictures so you can see how much good food you get for $6. The $6 entree was a cheeseburger and fries. If you don’t know a little background they are a tech school with a culinary program and locally sourced foods. The burger was good meat, a quarter pound, fresh ingredients, fresh french fries made from real potatoes and crispy the way you wish Inn and Out fries were actually cooked and actually tasted. The fries were in a huge bag that could easily suffice 2-3 people to share.

The panko chicken tenders are awesome as well and fresh chicken is used it’s not a frozen product – nothing there tastes as if it was frozen. The side for that entree was upgraded to a Santa Fe Chipotle side salad for a dollar more making that entree around $7 for 4 fresh panko breaded chicken strips accompanied by a side salad which is a meal in itself. People pay $14 for a salad with less ingredients and smaller portions at other restaurants and what we got was a loaded side salad with fresh ingredients, homemade tortilla strips and Homemade dressing (pesto ranch is awesome and is chipotle ranch but that has some bite). No joke these 2 meals could easily feed 3 people and no one would be left hungry at a price point of $14 that includes tax. ****Again, 3 people fed fully, fresh food, good food, $14!!! Plus students are learning!!!****

There is a burger king next door. You can’t get a value meal cheaper than a fresh bistro meal. If you are going out for a sandwich, burger, chicken tenders, soup, or gourmet salad, fries, Mac and cheese, cheesecake, or cookies why go anywhere else than here. These kids are developing their skills for a future career, the food is fresh, and the prices are unbeatable. I live and work close to here and I will never again go to Applebee’s, chili’s, fast food joint, whatever if this place is open. You must know they are limited hours since the staff consist of students. They have a window of 2 hours for breakfast and a window of 2 hours for lunch Monday -Thursday. I dont know about dinner hours however. You can dine in, order online, or call it in, and they have a window to drive up to and pick up. They have instructors right there observing. To the review about timelines, I had no issues but again these are students, and your food is legitimate food and fresh – it’s good coaching feedback for them but not worthy of a complaint. I suggest calling in the order like I did because I talked to a real person who gave me an accurate timeframe. Online ordering is not going to be that accurate. This place is a hidden gem in my opinion so I say try it out!

It’s just drive through at this point you have to call in or order online. It’s a small menu but good salad soup sandwiches and some main dishes for lunch. Breakfast burritos, breakfast plates for breakfast. They do have specials at lunch and that’s what I got. For less than $20 I got to personal size flatbread pizzas that were awesome, too side salads and two desserts tiramisu which was also very good and I got one soft drink. Their prices are very reasonable pretty much nothing over $5 for lunch and not much over $3 for breakfast. I’d call that a deal and I call the food they make gourmet. Well done chefs!!!!!!

The first time I ordered from Bistro 13, I placed an online order for2 items with a specified pickup time, about a half hour. I arrived about the specified time and still had to wait an additional 25 minutes for the food. There were four employees/students doing nothing. When they gave me the food, they didn’t acknowledge that it was late or apologize.

I decided to give them a second chance and placed an online order 45 minutes in advance of when I wanted it. I arrived to find Bistro 13 closed, after I had paid online. There was no notification on their website of closure, it was during their normal business days and hours.

This is not a serious restaurant with professional employees. I won’t waste my time again, you shouldn’t, either.
