The food did take about 35 minutes to come out, but we expected that with it being opening month. Unfortunately, they were out of the beer option my husband originally ordered, and his second beer choice (a Yuengling) came to us flat. He ended up switching to a Dos Equis. I had the boneless wings and he had traditional and both were solid and consistent with what we expect from Buffalo Wild Wings.
Where the experience fell short was with the management. There were five managers visibly walking around, but not one stopped by our table to check in, ask how the food was, or engage with guests. They were talking among themselves, and the staff around them seemed unsure or lost at times. As someone who used to work at BWW and helped open a location, I was surprised to see this level of detachment, especially during opening month when leadership presence and guest connection are crucial.
A table behind us was open and had all of the managers laptops, water bottles, and paperwork all over it. A manager came to sit down to work while we were eating. For a busy restaurant, this takes away a table from a server and also just looks cheap.
Given the lower ratings this location has received, I was hoping to see management stepping up. The front-of-house team (like Nicole) is doing their best, but stronger support and visibility from leadership would really elevate the experience.
Actually even before then, ever since they decided to turn parking lot into a business, my fiancé and I always walked past it and said
hmm. A new wings place. we are gonna try it one day.
We never did together.
But I did.
And I was gonna keep bringing people there to celebrate together, old and new.
But as we say, third time the charm.

Honestly I don’t care about wings. If they r dry or not. I don’t care about service. If they r slow or not. I’m flexible. I can overlook a lot of flaws becuz as a business owner myself, I understand you can always improve. No mistake is detrimental.
The one and only thing I ask for, is you never disrespect your customer. I’ve been to a bunch of Buffalo Wild Wings in the South, where people have kindness and to say the least, manners. This one, is an Abomination.
P.S. Rest assured, I will never be bringing my friends, my family, people here that love me, to ANY Buffalo. Wild. Wings. ever again. You lost all of us as customers. Forever. Take that however you want.
Have a good day and do better,
A.Wu
First, we were seated almost immediately after entering even though a lot of the staff was preoccupied with other important jobs. We were seated in front of the Eagles game (go birds!) thanks to our amazing server. Thank you Halle! Next, she was very attentive in regards to our dietary restrictions, even giving alternatives and her helpful opinions on menu items. She also checked on us multiple times and was very friendly which was great.
The food was fire and came out at a decent time. Could’ve been more food with the sides but it’s whatever.
Whoever was on aux was playing bangers too so that was enjoyable.
Also, the bathrooms were great and stocked. Especially, the bathroom had a free-use squatty potty which was fantastic. (I definitely used it after those wings!)
The King’s Hawaiian sliders were awesome.
The 20pc Sweet chili crisp wings were hot and done perfect.
Don’t understand why so many people rated so low. Their service has definitely improved
