Great first time experience! The greeter sat us immediately and explained the whole process. You are able to pick two of three or, what we did, pick all three, of the following: hot pot, grill or sushi. You are able to grill your choice or meats and veggies right at the table, along with creating your own soups. There were a ton of options both spicy and nonspicy. We enjoyed the different flavors very much and but I wasn’t too crazy about the sushi. Was a great family bonding experience!! Its a bit pricey though, for two kids and two adults, was 165.00 with a 18% tip. Recommend for special occasions or celebration!

I had a wonderful dining experience at Wild Bbq, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Shane. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down.
She took our order with a smile, offered helpful recommendations. Our water glasses were never empty, and she checked in just the right amount-not too much, not too little.
Shane’s service was professional and warm, which made our meal even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and positive attitude. Excellent service!

First time here, the supposed “rules and regulations ” are so anal and arbitrary. Over charged for every little thing. My daughter and I almost got charged $100 freaking dollars for nothing!!! After I specifically asked for elaborate details with 2 different people, about every little price! I didnt eat nothing for fear of being charged for inappropriate amount of tasting anything because I usually dont like seeing raw meat ANYWAYS and having to cook for myself! Pfft. I didnt even know cuz my nieces and nephews invited us. My niece and her boyfriend got charged $100 something, my nephew with his brother arriving later got charged $50 something. My daughter & i purchased 2 ichi ban something beers $6 each & before my other nephew arrived my daughter purchased some girlie drink. Total of 3 drinks and they seriously wanted to charged my daughter & I $98 something dollars!!! Never again!!! Can’t even comment on their so called food cuz i didn’t wanna get over charged for nothing!!! Jpot on 1604 and potranco was way better. I definitely clarified pricing and the food was actually good. Cooking for myself I didn’t enjoy, so I made my daughter do all the work. Jpot didn’t over charge. So I will definitely try the JPOT ON 1604 AND POTRANCO AGAIN!!! but never this place. Unless you are rich and obliviously love to waste money. All for you but I’m done with this place for sure. Paying more to cook for yourself?

If you don’t know…the broth of Hotpot is the soup base. And they nailed it. I ordered Herbal Soup and my niece ordered Miso Soup and both are so good. Don’t hesitate to try the grilled baby squid. I know, the look could be a little bit scary but it was soft and juicy and the season was just right. And I ordered more, coz It’s All You Can Eat (AYCE) restaurant.

The food was so fresh and flavorful — every bite had that perfect smoky BBQ taste. The meat quality was top notch, and grilling right at the table made the whole experience so fun. The service was excellent too; the staff was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere is cozy but lively perfect for a date night or a fun dinner with friends. We got there at 9:35 and despite being a bit late they were kind enough to let us in! The staff, particularly Peter, was very attentive to our needs and despite us likely making them stay a bit longer than normal, they opened their arms up with their hospitality and ensured we were able to order ahead of time whatever we wanted despite the last call having passed. I always strive to believe in excellent customer service being a priority and this place has certainly nailed it. Thank you Peter and the great manager who let us in, sorry I forgot your name! Also a big shoutout to the kind lady who was at the door for even giving us the time of day and asking if we could be allowed in past their usual close time. 5/5

I came here for dinner with my friend and her kids and we all absolutely loved it. The hostess Layla was very nice and helpful when explaining the menu. We were sat in a spacious booth and our waitress Shane greeted us so fast! She answered all the questions that we had and made sure our food came out fast. The manager Adam stopped by to check on us and make sure we were enjoying the experience and we really did. 10/10 highly recommended.
