The worst pizza that I had. I ordered Onions, Mushroom, Green peppers, Pepperoni and sausage. Vegetables almost wasn’t there. My mushrooms were not visible and I couldn’t even taste them because they weren’t sliced but it looks like they where used in the chopper. Few onions and green peppers you can see on the pictures that you almost couldn’t see it.
No more for me. A frozen pizza is better then this pizza.

9/14/2025 between 7:30-8:00pm – After checking our order was ready from the app, I came in the store to pick up our food. Cashier/manager took 7 minutes to ask for our name for pick up, and when I told him the name for the order, he didn’t respond. After another 10 min of passive waiting, I asked him how long will it take for the order, then he made eye contact and completely ignored me. We were in the store for 25 minutes.
Waiting is okay but ignoring your customer when asked question is extremely rude. We’ll be ordering pizza from elsewhere from now on.

Went to my cousins to have a good night hanging out, ended up starving. Ordered the pizza and bread sticks at 5:30 expecting a 45 minute to 1 hour delivery. 6:30 rolls around and no update. I couldn’t believe how the clock hit 7 and we had to makea phone call to see what was going on with the food we already payed for ahead of time.. 7:30 came around and the pizza finally showed up.. Cold… So we proceeded to heating it up in the oven. The delivery driver actually asked how late our pizza was and recommends we call and complain. top notch job Papa Johns. Thanks for the remarkably enjoyable pizza service you provided… on a weekday. Highly recommended if you enjoy cold pizza!

Pizzas are always undercooked. They don’t listen. All the time i ask them to make it well done and all the time pizza are uncooked. There is always raw dough and unmelted cheese. When i complain they say they have too many orders and this the best they can do.

Guy was nice but unfortunately the food was a complete let down. Bland and almost exactly like dominos but worse. I gave papa John’s a try since i was comparing the two. The food I got here had a hair in it. The pizza and wings looked spongey. I’m local to the area and this is a new location to so I wouldn’t risk your money.

If I could rate 0, I would. This is not the first time this location messed up on my order. This was just the last straw. Never coming back to this location. I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery. I paid for delivery and I tipped the driver (biggest mistake ever). When I opened both pizzas, I was in awe (see picture below). I called the place right away and told them that I just received 2 pizzas that look like they’ve been carried on their side. I was told to bring both pizzas back and they would give me new ones. That is exactly what I did. Now, I paid for a delivery charge and tipped the driver who obviously doesn’t know how to handle pizza boxes, which came out to be around $16. I drove myself to pick up the new pizzas and drop off these, thinking that I would be at least compensated somehow (free pizza, pop, etc). To my surprise, all I got is an apology and a “have a great night”. If I knew this was going to happen, I would just go and pick it up myself to begin with. Would’ve saved myself time and money. Thanks Papa John’s for such a wonderful experience. At least this time they didn’t forget half of my order like the previous 2 times.

The works crust was too wide, looks like trying to save ingredients. Taste was great as the works should be.

I ordered online and was never notified that my pizza was ready after waiting for over 55 minutes. And on top of that when i opened the pizza box at home i found that one pizza had a butter cup that was opened and spilled all over inside and the other pizza was missing butter cup all together. I will not return to this store.
