First time and last time I will go to Jersey Mikes. I waked in and was never greeted. Taking A few minutes to look at the menu because it was my first time there. When I was ready to order, there were no employees in sight everybody had walked to the back I had to say excuse me I’m ready to order and then two employees came out. I noticed the machine and the surrounding areas were not cleaned up. The customer service was very disappointing and rude! Not a thank you, no eye contact. I proceeded on because I heard that they were the best subs in town, that was wrong. They were the worst! When I got home the bread was so soggy from the overload of condiments. The meat and other items were very skimpy. I was very disappointed at the way I was treated from time I walked in the door to the time I walked out. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the prep area of my sandwich, and I was very disappointed in the sandwich itself. I paid a lot of money for two subs we ended up throwing away because they were too soggy to eat.. just gross!! Not sure if it was an off night or if that’s the norm for that location but definitely will not go back.

I always come here, usually the staff is chill. Today on Sunday @4pm the two workers on the line had terrible customer service. They always avoid eye contact & don’t greet or even smile at the least. The machine is always gross when they’re working with piles of old meat. Mean mugging people when you signed up for the job makes zero sense.. do better.

Nice, clean restaurant. Very friendly staff. Ordered Turkey and Provolone sub with bag of chips . Price was reasonable and food was good.

Food was good. Customer service could use some serious improvements. I got two subs and a drink. But no bag for them. When I asked for a bag, the cashier acknowledged my request and went on about his day cashing out people as if I am not standing in front of his face. I ended up taking my food and walked away because of how ridiculous that was.

Today my experience at Jersey Mike’s on S. Clinton Rd. In Rochester, New York was great! Even though we’re in the middle of a snowstorm, I knew the service would be worth the drive . Clarence Gave exceptional customer service as well as the other young man cashing me out! I highly recommend this location if you’re ever in the area.

It was absolutely amazing . This visit was the first time. My mother and I were here on for our lunch date. We both enjoyed it very much. It was the first visit for us both. I had the #17 Philly cheese steak it was absolutely amazing . I had to let them know that after we ate. The customer service was out of this world. Everyone was pokute and friendly. We will definitely return here. I hope all locations are the same.
