This is my favorite pizza place in Southlake. We always order a large pepperoni pizza with NO SAUCE and it’s delicious! The service is professional and friendly and the delivery is super fast. I got the wrong pizza once and they delivered a replacement immediately. Highly recommend.

I ordered 8 pizzas for a work function at 10:30AM and this ONE GUY had them all finished by 11:15 for my meeting at 11:30! Every order was correct and he even had a smile with me the second I walked in! Thank you for the great customer service and speedy pizza making skills! date of service was 4/9/24

Let the buyer beware. This is a franchise store, not a corporate operated store. I say this for several reasons. The owner of this store doesn’t care about you or resolving any issues you may have with your purchase. The Pizza Hut corporate office does very little to resolve issues for this store. This store doesn’t participate in corporates marketing and rarely makes pizzas the way a corporates owned store would. They are a franchise in name and product offerings they sell only. If you buy from them, keep your expectations low and you won’t be disappointed. You’ve been warned.

After frequenting near here, I know that this location is very inconsistent. One day you might get a decent pizza and the next it could be one of the worst you have ever had. For my final experience here, I ordered a large cheese pizza (simple right?) and received the greasiest I have ever had. It took seven paper towels to pat it down to an edible state, but—at that point—I had already lost my appetite.
