Place order 2 weeks in a row last week they informed us when we went to pick up that they didnt have any dough couldn’t make pizza, this week ordered again online within 2 mins after placing order received call they didn’t have milk or cheese for cheese bread I told her I didn’t order cheese bread, i ask could she still make personal pan pizza and melt she put me on hold, finally came back and said yes, this was 7:57pm we were just leaving vidalia, by the time we got to soperton pizza hut was already closed, didn’t know they closed at 8pm on weekend, so this is 2 weeks in a row I have paid for pizza orders and not received them. I finally got credit Friday for last weeks order wonder how long it will take to get credit for this order. I promise next time we want pizza from pizza hut I’ll drive to dublin or vidalia before I order from soperton again. They seriously need help.

My strongly agree was from several factors. My order was exact, hot, and delicious. I placed the curbside pickup order online, called when I got there and they brought it out within 2 minutes. The young man who carried my order out was smiling and most polite. He recalled my order to me and in which boxes when putting in my truck without having to look again at the receipt or inside the 3 boxes. Overall exceptional service.

I called the store to place an order. The lady that answered asked if I could hold. I agreed. I arrived at the store 5 minutes after calling(was on the way anyways) and was still on hold. I expected to find the store crowded since I had been on hold. No. The store looked like the picture as I walked up. 3 people working and I’m on hold for almost 14 minutes. I’m still on hold on my phone and the lady takes my order in store. Phone service=0. Once I walk in the door, it is another 5 minutes before she helps me. I place the order and then the lady walks out the door. Another worker explains that the freezer is not working and they have to go over to the Piggly Wiggly to get the pasta out of their freezer. UPDATE: The manager(the gentleman who answered my phone call) contacted me to apologize and offered me a refund or remake of the pizzas. I declined both although the lack of customer service did happen on his watch.
Pizza ordered online for carryout (20% tip because I know that everyone is understaffed and I appreciate those who show up to work). Notification that pizza was ready came through at 6:35 (5 minutes early…time given for ready was 6:40). I was in front of the door and could see 2 people working until one went to the back. The other at the cash register was busy but answered my first phone call. When he said they had just gotten a big order (there was 1 customer in the store), I asked him if he could see my truck at the door. I accepted that it would be a few minutes. 12 minutes later, I called again and he put the phone on the counter but said nothing. By this time, the other employee had come back into view and started making boxes. 20 minutes after the pizzas were ready, I heard her ask where the pizzas on the counter (not the hotbox) went, and he told her that they went to the truck outside. She immediately brought them to the truck. .. again 20 minutes after I got the notification that the pizzas were ready. 20% tip means nothing, anymore, I guess. Also, the pizzas are not even completely done.

I ordered my pizza online and when it came to the part about sauce i put lite sauce and then at the bottom where it gives you space for additional requests i asked for it to be crispy And again asked for lite sauce. My Mother nor myself like a lot of sauce on the pizza. They didn’t show me the pizza like they normally do and when i got home the pizzas were very soggy and loaded down with sauce. It was terrible. A total waste of money.

Like all fast foods / restaurants in Soperton this Pizza Hut is no exception they do not deliver. The prices were a little bit higher than I thought they should have been. And the pizzas that I ordered were supposed to be double all toppings and to my eye they looked like single regular toppings. I’m giving this a three out of five because the pizza was well made even though they messed up on the double toppings.

Tonight (12/19/2021) I called an order in at 7:10pm. When they answered, the girl said “Please hold!” and slammed the phone down. You could hear all that was going on in the store. I was on held for 3+ minutes. When the girl was ready to take my order she kept interrupting me, talking to others as she was taking my order, and laughing before getting the order. She didn’t repeat it back but kept adding “chicken wings,” and “bbq,” but that was not what I had ordered.
That I could handle but none the less, rude. I wait 30 minutes before going to the store before work and getting my “Family Size Chicken Alfredo Pasta & breadsticks,” simple right?
I go in to get my order and the girl starts yelling at one of the other employees saying “Oh my god! Bruh you don’t read! It says FAMILY. You need two!” She shoves the ticket at him and then laughs. The only employee worth their salt at that establishment, Bobby Mincey apologized and offered to refund my money or make the other one. I asked him to refund my money, that I don’t have time to wait again. He was very professional and polite while the other workers did not seem to care.
I have tried multiple times to give this particular Pizza Hut a chance because I’m not a hard person to please. I order simple things BUT this place just does not care about what their customers think anymore. The staff just acts…crude and they act like they don’t want to be there or work.
I’m just done going there and spending money. I’m sure majority of Soperton, GA feels the same.

It was cooked perfectly and they keep the place clean but they were out of mushrooms, didn’t put my green olives on it, didn’t put the drizzle on my buffalo chicken pizza and didn’t show me my pizzas before I left the store to make sure it was right.. kinda disappointed this time. Maybe the next time will be better.

Tonight I should’ve just thrown my money in the trash. I didn’t go to pick it up if I had I would have left it there. I should know better than to order from the night crew. My husband said that it was two guys. Seriously though how hard is it to make a personal pan pizza lite on the sauce & cooked crispy. So much sauce & cheese that it was mush.

Everytime I go there always seems to be a problem . I have waited 30 minutes numerous times , but this time I ordered Apple pies, and they were all cooked frozen together and came out hard on the outside not done in the middle and all stuck together. I even took a picture as proof. It’s sad we do t have many places to eat in this town and the way they treat you and your food make it one less.
