I had an amazing experience at McAlister’s Deli thanks to Kaiden! From the moment I walked in, Kaiden greeted me with a genuine smile and a great attitude. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — from helping me decide what to order to making sure my meal came out just right.

Visited this location 4-5x in last year. Something important is always out of stock. Chips, large cups, bags, certain breads. Today I waited 30 min for a single meal. One large order blew up the whole thing and I wasn’t alone. Food always tastes great, but they just can’t stop stepping on their own feet.

We have been to this deli a couple of times and each time the food was delicious. The restaurant is very clean (as well as the bathrooms). Our server each time was Elle and she was very attentive and thoughtful and provided excellent service!

Wouldn’t recommend eating here. Food was awful. Really old and not edible. Service was okay. Girl behind register was doing drive through, handling walk ins and delivering food to tables. She was really nice and had a great attitude. She was doing a lot for one person. Food was just awful.

The last time I eat here. The spec on their food portions seem to change from visit to visit. But I bought 2 Bowls of soup for $6.39 a piece, only to have each bowl, 1/2 full. Ordered a BLT & A for $10.29, can you find the avocado in this picture? There wasn’t even a full slice. Then to add insult to injury, selected a cup of soup for my side, only to have that 1/2 full as well. I’m done, for few $$ more I can eat at a FS Restaurant and get a full meal.

I NEVER leave a review on anything, unless the product or service was just so outstanding, that I feel it deserves one. I can only think of maybe one other time I have left a negative review, but I was so disappointed with the LJ McAlister’s, so here I am… I love McAlister’s and don’t live in LJ, so I don’t get it very often. Therefore, I was super excited to get it today. I ordered ahead online, and picked up in the drive-through window. I ordered a club sandwich with a side of fruit and a tea, which came out to over $20, but I was really craving it, so I didn’t mind. I picked up my food in the drive-through window and was in a hurry to get to my next destination, so I did not check my bag before leaving. Once I finally checked my order, I saw that I was given a chicken salad sandwich instead of the club (which is more expensive), with fruit. This of course was very disappointing considering it is not what I ordered and I’m not a huge fan of their chicken salad, but the cup of fruit was even more disappointing. See photos showing how the fruit cup is advertised, vs what I got… no grapes, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple… just some cantaloupe and two bites of melon. I know prices are high right now, but $20 for a sandwich, some fruit and a drink is kind of pricey, especially when it is not what you ordered or had in mind. Needless to say, I will not be back for a while.

I’ve never had a bad sandwich from here. I usually order online and always customize my order and 99% of the time it is correct. It’s rare that I have to wait too long at the window before someone comes. The people have been friendly and courteous, inside and the pick-up window.

I made two online orders at this location this week. Both orders were wrong. I ordered online to.make.sure I got.what I wanted it. First order didn’t make my food correctly and didn’t get all the order. Second order didn’t get what I ordered and the food tasted like it was old and came out of a can…. I do not recommend this location. It’s obvious they just don’t care.

First time trying mcalisters and it’ll be my last. I placed an order for a sandwich and a cup of soup before leaving my office and when I arrived, I was surprised that it wasn’t ready. Stood and waited about 15 additional minutes when finally I see an employee hand a cup of soup from the back and it’s added to a bag with a sandwich in it that’s been sitting there since I walked in. I go back to my office to eat and the sandwich was cold and mushy, there was no hold to the bread, the melted cheese was like cold wax and the sandwich fell apart while I ate it. The cup of potato soup was the blandest I’ve ever had. For over $15, I’d rather just go to firehouse subs.
