I am writing to share a concern regarding my recent experience at the drive-thru. The employee at the window mistakenly prepared a hot latte instead of the iced latte I ordered. I completely understand that mistakes happen, and I politely let her know that my drink was supposed to be cold. Unfortunately, her response felt dismissive and rude. When I asked for my card back(she forgot to give me it and i was about to pull away), she returned it by shoving it into my hand saying,” you don’t need to sign the receipt attitude”. Her tone suggested I was having an attitude with her, though I had only asked for my card back(as one would before leaving..). She then closed the window abruptly. I did not intend to cause any inconvenience and simply wanted the correct order. I believe customers should be treated with courtesy and professionalism, even when an error occurs. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that future interactions reflect a more positive customer service experience.

It’s a New Orleans coffee chain. The store was tidy and cozy, decorated for the season. Service was fast,friendly, and professional. Coffee was as expected, with many choices for every taste. There was variety of sweet and savory pastries. Bathroom was clean!

Service…2 ladies.One at the window, the other fixing food. No greeting no acknowledgement. Stood there for 3 minutes.. Nothing! I finally said good morning, then someone finally spoke. I asked for the strawberry pastry in the back..it didn’t look as dry and hard. She ran and grabbed the driest one. I tried to tell her no, but I said forget it. No thank you…no have a good day…NOTHING! I was the only one on the inside and there was no car in the drive through when I walked out.
Food..coffee is good. I work 2 minutes away and assoon as I bit it and chewed…I spit it out because it was cold and dry.

I’ve been coming for months and clearly something happened at the houma store because it has been incredibly slow lately and the employees are not as nice as they used to be. They need to bring back the old employees. This was the only store that was good at being quick while also making my drink taste accurate.

I went to Pjs for my birthday today and I told them it was my birthday and they cheered and told me happy birthday and then proceeded to give me the best service I’ve ever received at a coffee location. The service was fast, accurate, and super friendly!!! They turned my not-so-good birthday into a great day! What an amazing pair of baristas!! I believe their names were Kara and Layla I will definitely be coming back to speak to them again!
