We were able to get few of their happy hot dishes and we loved them. We had fresh rolls, fish cake, crispy prawn rolls, fried cuttlefish, oyster shooter, one mojito, salmon coconut as curry and one shrimp pad thai. We loved that restaurant in special their friend cuttlefish, oyster shooter!

Great food! No wait. Cool environment. Went with a big party. Had family style so we got to try all different types of dishes. Really interesting menu with some dishes you don’t see at most Thai spots. I got the sweet and sour catfish and loved it. Steak pad see ew was a hit. The Crying Tiger stole the show for dinner. Then the mango and sticky rice really brought it home. The mango ice cream was to die for.

I ordered the crispy chicken fried rice and my boyfriend ordered the yellow curry. The rice to curry ratio was completely off. Maybe my boyfriend misunderstood the rice options for his curry, but the sticky rice portion they served was so tiny that his dish turned into soup. There were also only five small strips of beef in the yellow curry. He felt ripped off and wanted his money back. Overall the yellow curry flavor was fine. The fried rice on the other hand was bland and not worth the relatively steep price for Thai food. The decor is also pretty gimmicky. It looks like a love island set.

Love the interiors! Came in as a group of 13. We got there in time for happy hour, ordered a few things, but I didn’t really find their happy hour menu worth it. The main dishes were, though. I enjoyed my catfish and my boyfriend loved his pad kee mow with seafood. Flavors were spot on.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fin, a Thai seafood restaurant in San Francisco owned by Kobe, and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The restaurant not only offers the freshest seafood but also features beautiful decorations that create a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere.
Our meal began with the crab omelette, which was a delightful combination of fluffy eggs and succulent crab meat. It was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The crab fried rice that followed was equally impressive, with generous portions of fresh crab and a delicious mix of seasonings that made every bite a delight.
The fried fish was a standout dish, boasting a crispy exterior and tender, flavorful interior. The oysters were incredibly fresh and served with a delightful sauce that enhanced their natural brininess.
To complement our meal, we enjoyed bottles of champagne, which paired perfectly with the seafood dishes. The staff at Fin were attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of excellent.
Fin is a true gem in San Francisco, offering fresh seafood and a beautifully decorated setting. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. I can’t wait to return!

Pains me to write this as it was one of my go-to spots but just really had an off night here. Ordered the pumpkin curry and seemed like it was put together in 3 minutes. The pumpkin was literally raw (couldn’t cut it with a fork at all and was totally white inside) also super watery. Like just water and spice. Very odd. I asked the waitress if it was normal and she just said it looked weird,
went off to the back but didn’t hear more about it.
Happy to update once we maybe give it another try but very disappointing to essentially have an inedible dish

Nice Thai restaurant. I have ordered crispy fried chicken + ale, costs 26, portion was huge, and tasty. As you can see from the pictures furnishings is nice, not loud pleasant music on background.

Neighborhood gem! Food here is incredible and the service too, not to mention being very fairly priced. Have had the pleasure of getting to speak with the owner during a couple visits, he’s the best and is clearly passionate about providing a great dining experience.
Fin Thai has become my go-to for large groups as well; the extensive menu makes it perfect for sharing plates with friends.
P.S. Seems like there’s a well-deserved buzz growing around the spot. Been in several recent conversations with strangers where Fin Thai has been brought up, love to see it!
