I didn’t stay at the hotel. We stopped here just to have lunch. The funny part is the host mentions as we were going in that they were an automatic 18% gratuity added to a party no matter the size personally, they cheated themselves out of 2% as normally we tip 20 as long as the service is good, I think anytime somebody mandates a tip percentage the expectation if you have really good service, you want to reward the server for that With that being said I had a Reuben, it is what I order at almost every place and it was good the french fries were just OK they were not cooked correctly. Others in our group had the fried chicken sandwich which was massive and unfortunately, I did not get a picture of it. The nachos also looked delicious. I did like the ambience and I noticed when I went to the bathroom if you sit at the bar, they have fast chargers built into the bar. Overall, I would come here again.

I stopped in for a bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich. The bacon was decent, the lettuce was… lettuce, and the tomato wasn’t even red (so no points for accuracy).

The bread, was apparently baked in a blacksmith’s forge. I bit in and immediately understood how medieval armor felt under a sword. The inside of my mouth now looks like I tried to kiss a cheese grater.

Service was slow enough that I think they might have been growing the wheat for my bread in real time. By the time my food arrived, I had memorized every crack in the wall and was halfway to naming them.

On a positive note they had Warpigs brewery on tap, so points for good beer.

Would I go back? Maybe… but only if I’m wearing a mouth guard. Now I chew with caution..

During my stay at The Westin Indianapolis, I visited Ten Hands Social Bar & Eatery multiple times—and each experience was excellent. The food was consistently hot, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every dish was full of flavor and clearly prepared with care and attention to detail.

The customer service was just as impressive—friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance: relaxed and casual, yet still polished and stylish. Whether you’re watching the game with friends or catching up on work solo, the space feels welcoming.

It’s the perfect spot to wind down after a full day of meetings or conferences. Highly recommend!

Ten hands was extremely clean and the staff was very attentive. They kept items picked up and drinks full. The booths are comfortable and they also have a lot of TVs to view the games. You do have to enter from the hotel entrance. The brisket sandwich wasn’t good at all and had maybe two pieces on the whole hoagie. The fries had no flavor and were over cooked. The nachos were absolutely. The cheese curds were really good minus the weird honey sauce that part was gross. The chicken tenders were pretty good too.

While staying at the Westin we came here several times… this is the hotel’s bar/restaurant which is open all day everyday. The service was a mixed bag… some was decent, some was pretty bad, but all was friendly. I came for breakfast one morning and waited 10 mins for someone to greet me at my table (after being sat) and when she did come, she apologized and took my order, she was very friendly too. But, unfortunately, the service remained very slow that morning. I ordered a simply parfait and it took 15 minutes to arrive. The yogurt and grains on it were good, but some of the strawberries weren’t fresh and had dried centers to them.

I was here a couple of times for drinks as well and those visits were tolerable, but far from great, or very good.

Overall, not a bad spot to grab a drink, but I decided to eat elsewhere the rest of my stay.

Great food at a great location.
When I came here, they were not busy at all. The menu is a little bit small but the food is good. I had a Cuban sandwich and it was very flavorful. I also tried the chicken tenders and the breading was really good and really crispy.
Overall the service and the food are great.
Also came here Thursday night for Thanksgiving dinner and it was really good. The turkey was cooked perfectly and was very flavorful and the potatoes and stuffing were also really good.

Great hotel restaurant. It’s pricey. They have an open face breakfast sandwich that’s very unique. Jen and Heather are fantastic.

The Short Rib Nachos were absolutely amazing. Easily worth having on their own and the bar made some great drinks for us. We came back the next day to try the specialty Gencon burger which sadly fell short of expectations but everything else was well worth the trip.

I normally wouldn’t go to a restaurant in a hotel because they’re usually expensive and mediocre. But, I was in the area to see a show at the IRT and had limited time, so stopped in.

We spent $100 on two entrees and two cocktails and tip, which is outrageous. My sandwich was burnt and I had to send it back. It was handled quickly but why do kitchens insist on sending out burnt bread? It would have taken no time at all to toast up two pieces of bread and send out the sandwich in good shape and would have made a better impression, when expectations were already incredibly low.

Our server disappeared and we had to track down another server to bring our check. Lesson re-learned about hotel restaurants.
