We hired Frankies to cater our wedding at the end of 2025 and we are SO happy we did. After researching a lot of establishments, Frankies checked all of our boxes. The food was unique and from the first tasting, had our mouths watering, the menu had a lot of different offerings and options for buffet, plated or family style. Donna was wonderful to work with, I felt so comfortable communicating with her and appreciated how she genuinely cared about us as more than clients but as people. That is so rare in the industry and we felt very loved. We had stationary appetizers during our cocktail hour that were displayed beautifully with lots of fresh flowers. We had a 200 guest wedding and served dinner family style. Getting all the food out had a couple hiccups but I knew to expect that because the venue had limited prep space and Donna communicated that to me ahead of time. We all did our best to roll with it and her team worked HARD to get all the food out, including individual kids’ meals, vegetarian meals and vendor meals. They also provided small bite desserts and coffee service as we didn’t have a cake. People raved about the food, the desserts, the servers, even the coffee (even to this day!) and I was very happy with everything. Frankies was one of the more affordable caterers in the area and was delicious, dedicated and delightful to work with. I think they are a hidden gem in the catering world and anyone would be lucky to work with them.

This was our first time here. We LOVED it!!! The owner was our server and he was amazing, so polite and kind. The food was absolutely delicious. The jerk chicken was moist and very, very flavorful. The red beans ans rice was probably the best I’ve ever had. The macaroni was good, the French fries were perfect, and the corn break muffin is all I can say!! My boyfriend even got a necklace. We will definitely be back, and will be telling all our friends

Food is 2.5/5 semi cold chicken served. Not a lot of portion for the prices. Seasonings is great. Jallof rice was served cold. No replacement offered. No greeting once we entered and they cannot print receipts. Customer service 2/5. I will not return. $40

I came to the mall for Frankie’s to order Jamaican food, I was there around 5:00 p.m. I tried to order the jerk chicken they were out and the mall closes at 8 so they still have 3 hours to go. But I ordered curry chicken and oxtail stew. The carry chicken was dry and there wasn’t any much Carry sauce on it. Itwas unbelievably tasteless. The red beans and rice it was tasteless too. To be fair the only thing I ate was the oxtail stew, the rest in t h e pic. Went to the garbage. I would not recommend this place at all.

Tried the food today at the Chicago food truck festival. Food was pretty good and fresh. Service was friendly and I did love the hibiscus, ginger and Pineapple tea!!

I saw the huge line for their food truck at the Milwaukee Night Market. While the food is a bit pricey, the portions were filling and it tasted great. They were cooking up a storm!

I have only eaten here once, but during my time there, I enjoyed great Caribbean and African cuisines. The food had great flavor and was cooked perfectly. Service was incredible; Our waiter came back to our table very often to ask if we needed anything, and when we did, he would rush to get it.
Overall, I thought the place was phenomenal, and although I have only gone once, I would expect it to be the same most or every time.

We randomly stopped in Frankies 2pm on a Friday. Didn’t even see it on google, it just looked interesting. We were the only ones in the place which felt strange but the service was so friendly and when the food came out we absolutely knew we were in the right place. The jerk chicken was outstanding. Fall off the bone tender and perfectly spiced. The rice and plantains were a perfect pairing. Would eat here again without question!

I’ve only had the fataya (samosas) and beef patty but wow were they good! The fataya is perfectly crispy and the beef patty had such a good taste while eating and even after. If those were so good then I can’t imagine how good the rest of the food is. I’ll definitely be back to try more!

Food was great. Nice waiter. Was a bit of a wait for our order but worth it, we assumed it was because we had ordered lunch when we were originally given a breakfast menu since it was a little earlier than 11 am when we got there. The mild on the jerk and curry chicken was nothing next time we will order medium! Lol. We were just a tiny bit intimidated by the spice idea at first. Try the carrot cake it was amazing!
